Amy Winehouse Wants Butt Implants?
The Sun reports:
AMY WINEHOUSE may have beaten her drug addiction but it’s left her wide open for another obsession – surgery.
The troubled star is so pleased with her new £35,000 boobs, enhanced from a 32B to a 32D just last month, she is thinking of having them enlarged again.
And Wino has told pals she is also considering BUM implants.
A source said: “Amy loves her boobs. She can’t stop touching them and showing them off to friends. She says she feels womanly again and wants to be more curvy like she used to be. She thinks by having another op and bum implants that she will achieve her dream pin-up look.”
Isn’t that how she used to look before she hit the drugs?
Even her dad MITCH has said how good her new pair are. But I bet he won’t support her going under the knife again.

Talk about switching one addiction to another. If she just gets her boobs and butt done and leaves it to that, fine, but she can easily come one of those surgery-obsessed people. I think her wanting to become more curvy isn’t like healthy women wanting to get some nips and tucks, but rather is a result of a low self-esteem, and the desire to get her old life back. She’s trying to fix herself to look healthy from the outside when she should be doing it from the inside. (All speculation on my part though, she could also be really doing better..)

From what information is available here, it appears that Amy has just found a more socially acceptable (and more legal) way to acquire drugs. I say more legal because after all the run-ins with the law that her and ex-husband Blake had, maybe England and the US are keeping a closer eye on her and her behavior. A more legal option would certainly look attractive to anyone. When you undergo such major surgery as having silicone implanted above or below your chest muscles (and gluteus maximus “butt”), guess what the doctor has to prescribe you? Powerful painkillers, normally opiates. Not to judge but I would assume that Amy has done nothing but change from crack to prescription pain meds. Another surgery would mean another prescription. She is trying to get back her “pre-drug body”, but this isn’t the healthiest way to do it. Plus, crack is more damaging to your lungs (and assumed, vocal cords). She was probably looking for an alternative.
For her and her family’s sake, I hope I’m very wrong.

I like her music and i like her writing style, i belive she got a lot goin on in her head and their arn’t always the quick fixes that people demand from her but Amy… your just not getting it love.
on a side.. the freckles are ther because blake used to call her his lioness.. ye i kno.
On a side note, it must be odd to the ones around her to just try and stay like nothing when she dresses like that. I mean i’d feel a bit akward, she’s in her bras! Then again they must’ve gotten used to it by now.
Didn’t she have a butt prior to her drug addiction? I think she should try and let time and recovery do their job before resorting to plastic surgery. Dita had to resort to breast implants because her body never returned to its original shape after drug use, but some people’s bodies do recover. She should wait it out and see, and if her body is not the same, then consider implants. By the way, I hope her bum implants are a more realistic size than her breast implants.

i agree with both of you. i always thought that they were the less expensive of plastic surgery? it would really be unfortunate if she paid 35000 pounds and they ended up looking as bad as they do.

I understand why she wants to better her appearance; so many people comment on how bad she looks. I say, good for her, but if I were her I would gain some weight to get some curves back. Though, the butt implants are’nt such a bad idea because she is seriously lacking in that area. Hopefully she is clean drug wise..
