Angelia Jolie “Is Getting Close to 100 Pounds”
National Enquirer has this little article on Angelina’s shrinking figure:
Angelina Jolie’s weight has plunged dramatically – and worried friends blame the shocking weight loss on her unraveling relationship with Brad Pitt.
The 5-foot-7 actress is so stressed out that she’s eating very little, and now her weight is getting close to a pin-thin 100 pounds, according to an insider.
“Angelina is so skinny that you can see the bones. She needs to get help before she wastes away,” confided the insider.
The ENQUIRER first revealed the growing concern over Angelina’s weight in February when she plummeted to 110 pounds. Since then, she’s lost even more weight, said the insider.
The 34-year-old star’s emaciated-looking frame shocked bystanders when she visited a border camp of Somali refugees in Kenya on Sept. 12 in her role as a goodwill ambassador for the United Nations.
“Angelina was speaking to refugees who fight starvation every day, yet she looked as thin as many of them,” said the insider. “She was doing an amazing job, as usual, but her friends have noticed sadness in her recently as she struggles to keep her relationship with Brad together. She hardly eats anything.”
“It seems as if they fight all the time. Brad has walked out a number of times, and they were even sleeping in separate beds for a while. It’s like the more Brad pulls away from her, the more weight she loses.”
I don’t see what the big deal is, she’s always been a small girl. In Gia she was extra bonier probably because playing a drug addict, but I also notice she’s usually carrying a very thin frame and you can see bones in her movies through the years. I think it’s pretty much natural for her and right now she may be losing more weight because of stress being packed on.
Angelina has always been very thin. Besides, the National Enquirer should never be quoted for truth.

LOL, the National Enquirer is a horrible source. They’re always talking about aliens for some reason too.
Getting one story right in a slew of lies, and not even remotely believable lies at that, certainly doesn’t mean they should be taken as truth.
That’s true. I remember a long time ago, when I was standing in the checkout line and glanced at the paper, the cover read that Britney Spears gave birth to an alien.
I bet working there would be fun though. You just make up the wildest stories possible.

Okay… She definitely should understand that going the Ghandi route will only get her where Ghandi got, and WITHOUT the global acclaim. Angelina will die if she continues to starve/martyr herself to bring attention to famine and other global pandemics.
Ghandi was shot. . . he didn’t starve to death. . . although it is an interesting thought that she would be going the ascetic route out of somesort of misplaced compassion.

She does look really skinny.. HOWEVER, the national enquirer is a rag of a newspaper and shouldn’t be quoted. this site can lose credibility over things like that. i’m really surprised you used that as a source of information
Well, I didn’t say it was necessarily true. It’s up to you to believe it or not. After all, this is partially a gossip site.
All I can say for a fact is that she does look very thing in the above picture.
Honestly she probably doesnt want to eat around all the food deprived children. Its actually very considerate of her. How nice..
Can we actually believe the stories?? And this photo is also on a pretty high angle which makes you look thinner than a lower angle. And yes she has always been thin; although I don’t believe its her fault I think women in their 40s look younger with more weight on, I really believe shed be a lot more beautiful gaining 20 pounds, but as I said I don’t think its her intention to be super skinny.
She has a tatoo that says “That which feeds me destroys me”, so my guess is that being super skinny is exactly her intention.
but that phrase can be read as metaphorical:
love may nourish yet destroy one.
Actually, that quote, which pro-anas have taken as their personal motto, probably was a reference to her crazy lifestyle before.
leave the poor girl alone she’s trying to help the world and juggle SIX kids, besides she’s always been thin.

I kind of like her at this weight.. she may be one of the few that looking very thin actually can be pulled off… anyways i think we would be less supportive if she was fat and around people who are less fortunate. the fact that she fits in with the community kind of shows how humble she is.. so what if she eats less.. she doesnt do it for beuty but out of stress of trying to help people in need! give (angel)ina a freaking nobel peace prize.. she’s the only one making change happen!

She does look too thin. I don’t agree she is naturally this thin as she didn’t use to look like this. However, given this story is from the National Enquirer, it could have easily been photoshoped. These types of magazines are known for making people look bony when they are not so.
I’m 5 foot 7 and 104 lbs and she looks thinner than me… so, yeah. I’m guessing around 100 lbs.
she may be a “good person” who does all these things for those in impoverished countries and i really do think it’s great but she really is just a conniving bitch who steals husbands from other women (she did it twice), kisses family in inappropriate ways, wears vials of blood, uses weapons in the bedroom, and has children more like pets than children. i was adopted from a 3rd world country and i still think it’s insane. and most celebrities who are extremely famous have some sort of eating disorder. think the olsen twins, lindsey, victoria beckham,and nicole ritchi. even ashlee simpson is looking a little to thin.
And yet she’s still done more for the world than you have.
Well of course she has, she has the fame and resources to “do more for the world” than the average poster on this site.
That’s a bit of a cop out though. Most people in the western world could save some money, give up their jobs and move to an impoverished nation to help out (if even only for a month or 2). We just choose not to.
And no matter how much we average people in the Western World could save, and no matter how much time we could take, we just don’t have the fame and resources to do as AJ has, now do we? I know I couldn’t save up enough to even contribute 10% of what she has in one year, unless I somehow become a multi-millionaire. Missed my point.

For someone of my height (5″2) 100 pounds isn’t that much of a big deal! She’s obviously a lot taller than that though… most people are lol.

Eh,shes naturally thin,always has been. But i do think she could use a good 15-20 pounds on her, b/c to me personally its as if the thinner & more emaciated looking she get’s the less attractive she looks.
I don’t think it has anything to do with brad, i think it’s juggling six kids, a career as big as her’s & also her work w/ the UN. When you’re that busy, of course you’re not going to have much time to really eat to maintain a healthy weight.
