Katy. Normally, I’d say Beyonce, but that weird hip thing on her outfit is just too much(she has a beautiful shape, no need to disguise it with exaggeration
), and the bow-butt is just plain silly 
Beyonce has a gorgeous figure as does Katy, but Katy looks way hotter here. She’s much more modern and funky, Beyonce looks older than her years in some things she wears. The hood on Katy’s dress is a nice touch.
