Actually, the more I look at these pants, the more I realize that These Are Not the Right Pants for Anyone.
Fast tip: Jennifer would look amazing in classic cuts, smart blazers, longer tops, flared jeans, shirts that accentuate the waist and elongate the torso, narrow V necklines or figure hugging (but not too much) dresses.

She does not need to avoid anything that she wishes not to avoid. It’s her body . . . her style. I agree that pants probably wouldn’t be appealing to me on anyone. They are not my style. There is a big group of women who do not aspire to be thin or to look thinner than they are. They are comfortable in their own skin.
I don’t think that she should aspire to look thinner than she is, I am PRO being comfortable in your own body. But I also think that women generally feel comfortable and look great when they are wearing the right clothes for their body type.
Plus those are some fugly pants.
Well, it’s not something that screams “ewww” for me. I’m ok if she’s ok with it.
The high neck of the top bothers me more than the pants. But she’s still stunning

I think the whole outfit is a mess. Her hair and makeup look good, but I think the pants are hideous, and the shirt is too boxy.

are people being extra nice b/c she’s bigger than the average celeb? i mean, she’s a beautiful girl, but those pants are hideous, and the shirt does no favors to her either. skinny celebs get picked on for much less, a slightly unflattering cut on a dress or whatever.. i think we can be equally hard on everybody
just to prove that size doesn’t matter; we don’t need to try and protect Jennifer, she’s gorgeous. or maybe ppl just like what she’s wearing, but if it’s so, i gotta say i did not see that one coming.

I totally agree as well. I find a lot people feel the need to protect or “stand up for” bigger girls, but we can be as hard as we like on skinny girls. The pants and the top are atrocious, and would be on most people, but they do her no favours at all/
Jennifer is proof that you don’t need to fit into the Hollywood aesthetic to be beautiful. She should however, dress for her body type. I think she’s an apple and those pants do not compliment her figure.
