Mischa Barton – Don’t Try This (Look) At Home
Err… how should I start? OK, maybe by saying that this was a bad day for Mischa. Why? With the risk of being brutally honest, everything went wrong the minute she chose that outfit. Let’s see:
1. Mischa should learn once and for all that she is a pear shape and dress accordingly. A bottom heavy girl can rarely pull of leggings (or skintight pants). A bottom heavy girl can almost never pull of leggings that are not in slimming black and, on top, that have a certain shimmer. Wait, there is more: a bottom heavy girl can NEVER EVER pull of leggings with a short top. Well, Mischa proves that all the mentioned rules are correct.
2. Besides the obvious facts that leggings without a butt-covering blouse can not lead to a lean and pretty sight, they may very well cause, you guessed, camel toe.
3. Now we know Mischa is pretty small on top and could probably wear almost any kind of top and look good. Except this one she is wearing right now, that is. Not only it doesn’t have any definition, but it has a really unflattering “balloon effect”.
4. Not that it would have saved the situation, but if you are going to break all the rules mentioned above, then you might at least opt for some heels instead of some short boots that unfavor the figure.
The conclusion: in case you have a pear shape body, then this is exactly how you should NOT dress.
Mischa has got to the point of wearing something so awful its just amazing every aspect is terrible but I’m serious when I say I actually like it,
I only hope my beloved gossip girl cast won’t disintegrate into this once the series finishes.

Doesn’t matter what she looks like, doesn’t matter what her body type is, that’s a hideous outfit. Don’t think even Angelina or CZ-J, at any weight, could pull it off. Maybe Uma, but that’s just because she’s so tall and quirky. The outfit would still be ugly but maybe we wouldn’t notice so much on Uma.
To her credit, it probably looks better in normal lighting – the camera flash would make the pants look lighter & shinier than they’d look in person.
Not only is the outfit atrocious, it is so unflattering on her!!! Yuck!!
