My get fit secrets for taking off the baby weight were… breastfeeding, that was the key. and thesm as soon as my doctor said I could work out, I started to work out.
On her diet:
It was hard, because I’m an eater. If I want a grilled cheese sandwich, I’ll eat a grilled cheese sandwich.
On working out:
I can’t do the treadmill for 45 minuetes straight.” She adds, “I wasn’t in a rush to get back to this body for anyone else. It was more like, ‘I wanna look good (for me), I wanna feel good.
