Heidi Montag walked the red carpet for the first time since her plastic surgery 2 days ago at PURE Nightclub – her bust is really, really big, but her face doesn’t look as dramatically different as I originally thought.

Heidi mentioned that her plastic surgery journey will continue – from People Magazine:

Heidi Montag will be getting more plastic surgery – just not anytime soon.

“Eventually”, she says, “for maintenance.”

The MTV star, who has been a lightning rod since undergoing 10 procedures in one day, is thrilled with her new look, saying Saturday that it was “the best decision I’ve ever made.”

“My favorite part, I think one of them is my chin. I think that’s what I was so excited about,” Montag, 23, said at a party Saturday at Las Vegas’s Pure Nightclub. “And I love my boobs but I still want to improve. … I didn’t get them as big as I originally wanted.”

As for her husband Spencer Pratt, 26, his favorite part of his wife wasn’t touched by surgeons – it’s her hair. “It keeps growing so beautifully and naturally,” he says.

‘I love my body. I still feel a little fragile, but I’ve never felt more beautiful and sexier. I didn’t know I could have this much confidence.

‘I see an upgraded version of me. It’s a new face and a new energy. It’s a new person and I feel like almost all of the things I didn’t want to be and who I turned into kind of got chiseled away. So I’m very excited for the world to see the new me and a real me.’

She admitted that in recovery ‘the pain was everywhere’, adding: ‘My head felt like it had a jackhammer on it. I couldn’t talk because of my jaw and chin… I was like, “I wanna die right now. I’m in so much pain. I don’t know what to do”.’

Heidi Montag’s co-stars Audrina Patridge and Lo Bosworth shared their thoughts about Heidi’s excessive plastic surgeries. Let’s hear them out!

Audrina’s view:

“I haven’t seen how she looks, so it’s hard for me to comment on it, but these are her decisions, and as long as Heidi is happy, that’s all that matters,” says Patridge, who has denied reports she’s also undergone cosmetic surgery.

“I think it’s a case of, ‘To each their own,’ ” she told PEOPLE on Thursday while at Kari Feinstein’s Style Lounge at Zune in West Hollywood, “but 10 procedures in one day is a little much.”

Lo’s view:

“I hope that girls don’t read the article, look at the decisions that Heidi made, and think that’s normal,” Bosworth tells PEOPLE. “She was quoted as saying that [practically] every celebrity in Hollywood has these procedures done, every day . . . And that’s just not true. I would never want young girls to read that and think it’s the standard that they need to be measured by.”

I am not against it. If some wrinkles come across my face, sure, I’ll get a little Botox, it’s not a big deal,” she says. “I think you should do what you want to do to take care of yourself. I just hope that the girls who look up to us and watch us don’t look at what Heidi did as the only way to be successful and beautiful.”

Why did she do all this? Here is her explanation:

I was made fun of when I was younger, and so I had insecurities, especially after I moved to L.A. People said I had a “Jay Leno chin”; they’d circle it on blogs and say nasty things. It bothered me. And when I watched myself on The Hills, my ears would be sticking out like Dumbo! I just wanted to feel more confident and look in the mirror and be like, “Whoa! That’s me!” I was an ugly duckling before.

People Magazine has this cover that features a brand new and 95% plastic Heidi Montag – the news is that she just got 10 more plastic surgeries in 1 day. That’s right.

Not only does she manage to look older, less beautiful, unnatural and plastic, but she also promotes these procedures and obliviously admits “I’m Beyond Obsessed!” and says that she went the plastic route in order to become “The Best Heidi”. No Heidi, this is not the best you, this is just the Barbiefied, fake version of a formerly pretty, natural girl who didn’t need any of this. From People:

At just 23 years old, The Hills star Heidi Montag decided to go under the knife for a second time and have a staggering 10 plastic-surgery procedures in one day.

“For the past three years, I’ve thought about what to have done,” the reality star tells PEOPLE. “I’m beyond obsessed.”

And so, on Nov. 20, Montag’s total transformation began. Keeping even her family in the dark, the starlet chronicled every painful moment of recovery and her journey to become “the best me.”

And now some good news: Heidi came up with her plastic story now because she is launching a new album (no, that’s not the good news, that’s just Hollywood’s marketing mechanism). Her initiative didn’t remain unnoticed by fellow Hollywood celebs and actress Emmy Rossum (who seems smart and well-grounded, that’s the good news) had something to say about it:

It upsets me to see young women in the spotlight advocating plastic surgery. ANY surgery is extremely dangerous&should not be taken lightly,..much less, used as a tool to increase notoriety or popularity.

By putting this on magazine covers, we are somehow legitimizing the dangerous lengths to which some will go for fame and “beauty”

There are so many REAL ISSUES in this world that NEED attention. Let’s try to take a moment to be grateful we are ALIVE.
