Skinny VS Curvy

Umm, excuse me for the observation, but I’m a little confused at this point on who the pregnant Simpson is. I think it might be Jessica after all - or it might be the fact that yet again, Jess didn’t exactly follow my advices on how to dress for her V body shape (I spot improvement since last time, though).

Now Ashlee on the other hand, that dress is definitely for her growing baby bump: comfy enough to accommodate the bulge and perfectly cut to make Ashlee seem like the skinny sister, even though she’s in her second pregnancy trimester.

What are your thoughts?

Jessica is one of the most reputable yo-yo dieters in Hollywood, no doubt about that. Even though she was never scary skinny, nor too thick, Jessica’s weight is fluctuating a lot and on a rapid rate.

Besides the fact that Jessica put on some pounds, she also put on the WRONG dresses. What’s wrong with them? Well, the numerous frills in the boob area are definitely adding unneeded roundness to the already round and big boobs. Secondly, because of the same big and round boobs, there are slim chances to look slim in high-waisted puffy dresses, simply because it looks like the boobs are meeting the belly. What do I mean by “a Wow version of Jessica”? Well, let’s just say that people were starting the “knocked up with Tony’s baby” rumours, based on some supposed pounds Jessica might have gained recently. Furthermore, not many liked Jessica’s older and puffier look at a recent event, where she appeared with her pregnant (and some said “hotter”) sister.

But this time, she is worthy of a Wow, thanks to choosing the right dress  that accentuates her famous boobs, the right skin tone, the right hairstyle and the right (read “little”) make-up that makes her look fresh and natural-beauty-like (and definitely the right purse, so colorful, so chic, so stylish, I so want it… and so irrelevant).

Ashlee and Jessica have been playing the “I’m hotter now/ No, I am” game for a long while and while Jessica is the one with a reputation that includes words like “sexy” or “hot” more, some prefer Ashlee’s less conventional hotness.

So, on the left, we’ve got younger and redder “pregnant, but not showing” Ashlee and on the right, we’ve got blonder, curvier and “more ripe” Jessica. What do these girls have in common, besides their parents, genes and some features? Count in the fact that they were at the same even last night and wore dark colored dresses and big funky earrings. Glittery knees were optional.

Who’s hotter? Ashlee or Jessica Simpson?

Jessica Simpson is a rare case of a girl who looks better when she dresses down. How convenient, how lucky! Instead of spending hours applying a picture perfect make-up and choosing an extravagant outfit, Jessica can grab some short and walk through the door.

The explanation is that she’s got an athletic body type (with some popular curves) who fits best with a casual, sportive look. Which Jessica do you like? The no-make-up one who is showing us her toned legs or the authentic cowboy girl?

Now let’s begin the speculation on what (in the world?) Jessica is doing in the above picture:

Now onto body gossip: wow, the calves! Girl’s got some serious leg muscles going on. OK, enough body gossip: take a look at the shoes, the platforms, the heels - now I get it, that’s how she got those calve muscles in the first place!
