Skinny VS Curvy

Here’s Jessica Simpson at the AT&T National golf tournament yesterday (she was there to sing the National Anthem), wearing a figure-hugging dress with horizontal stripes. Her figure actually looks curvy in this dress, it hugs her hips and enhances them and she doesn’t look particularly V-shaped here. I think she looks really hourglassy-hot in the last pic!

Do you think that this dress is the right choice for Jessica’s shape?

P.S.: I like her flat, straight hair better – she’s got lots of volume (read boobs) on top, so this hair suits her better.

Here’s a colorful Jessica Simpson, showing off her shapely legs on her favorite type of shoes, platforms.

She’s looking good and she can pull off short dresses because she’s got a pair of athletic, toned legs – but it doesn’t look like she’s very comfortable in that dress.

The new issue of Us Weekly reports that Jessica Simpson — who endured much body bullying in January for performing in a pair of unflattering high-waisted jeans — recently visited some TV networks to pitch a reality series about society’s scrutiny of women’s bodies.

The premise of the program, titled The Price of Beauty: “She and a friend set off on a road trip around the world in search of what people find beautiful and why,” says a source. (In a recent Vanity Fair cover story, Simpson talked about criticism of her figure: “It comes with what I do, and I know that every day the media’s going to challenge me.”)

The insider continues that the onetime Newlyweds star, 28, will be hands-on with the show — and will even try some of the “shocking things that women do to make themselves beautiful. Picture Fear Factor.” The singer’s rep tells Us, “Jessica is indeed working on a new show, but network details have not been finalized at this time.”

Above: Jessica Simpson performs on stage in a short floral dress. When we say “on stage”, we automatically expect a not-so-flattering angle, so I’ll say that Jessica (although looking good here) looks much slimmer in reality.
