Having reached my goal weight with Atkins and looking back, I can honestly say I have found it so straight forward to stick to. It has just slotted into my day-to-day life, which can be incredibly busy. My energy levels have improved, my skin is clearer, my hair looks glossier and to top it off, I feel so much more confident. I can’t believe it is just down to simple changes in my diet, like cutting down the amount of sugar I put in my cups of tea.

Kelly Brook Lost 8 Lbs in 4 Months on the Atkins Diet

Kelly Brook 35-year-old has shed 8lbs and three inches from her waist in four months of total dedication to the new diet and says she’s feeling better than ever.

Kelly said: ‘I can honestly say I have never felt better about my body. My skin is glowing, I feel healthier than ever and I still have my curves – I couldn’t ask for better results. I always knew my body would change but I didn’t expect to feel this good as well. I have so much more energy and it feels amazing to be able to wear anything I like with confidence.’

Kelly had gone from a size 8 to a size 10-12 in the last two years and although she claimed to be happy with her shape, she’s been pleasantly surprised with all of the other health benefits that came along with the lifestyle change.

The model added: ‘I started Atkins because 2014 was a crazy year for me and I felt I wasn’t able to maintain a healthy diet. Whilst working in LA, it was very tempting to reach for naughty treats. I definitely noticed the changes in my body. I did want to lose a few inches around my waist, but the most important goal for me was to improve my energy levels and general health as well as getting in shape.’

Kelly added: ‘Since starting Atkins I have never felt hungry or deprived. I put this down to the fact the Atkins recipes are substantial and perfectly balanced, but also because I can enjoy treats from the Atkins snack range.

‘I used to have at least five cups of tea a day, each with two sugars in, so the snacks have been perfect for curbing my sweet tooth – I can even have a cookie with my cuppa!’

‘New Atkins helped with this because it is really about cutting down on the bad things, like sugar and starchy carbs, while still enjoying tasty foods like chicken, fish, fibrous vegetables and red fruits.’

Kelly Brook: “So far I’ve lost 8lbs”


On her current fitness goals:

I’m a curvy woman; I don’t mind having boobs and a bum and I’ll never be super-skinny, but this year I want to get fitter, healthier and become more aware of what I was putting in my body. Because I’m not getting my body out every day anymore and can hide things under my clothes I became a bit lazy last year – I noticed a big difference in my weight. So far I’ve lost 8lbs on the Atkins diet.
