Her dress looks fine, she has the figure for it, but my goodness she should never do that to her hair again. Her face is too masculine for a style that hides all of her hair.

How does she look masculine? She has full lips, high cheekbones, a heart shaped face and a narrow chin and jaw.

I think it’s the sharp angle of the chin/jaw that makes me think her face is masculine. Also, I don’t think her face looks masculine when she doesn’t have her hair pulled back that tightly.

Ciara looked good when she was flaunting her muscles and struttin about in trainers. Not every famous lady has to conform and look the same, but I guess if thats how she wants to look then do what she must. I personally think shes more of a tough girl inside.
