Haylie Duff’s New Chin and Nose – Makeover or Makeunder?
Star Magazine reports:
Haylie Duff looked a lot more like her younger sibling Hilary Duff when she debuted a new blonde ’do, pert nose and small chin while out shopping at the AG Adriano Goldschmied store in Beverly Hills on May 21.
“Haylie had her nose done and her chin reduced,” New York City–based plastic surgeon Dr. Thomas P. Sterry, who has not treated Haylie, tells Star, explaining that Haylie’s nose has been shortened, angled upward and rounded off.
“I think they made her chin smaller by chipping away at the bone,” he adds.
Haylie’s altered appearance, which costs an estimated $20,000, looks like a million bucks!
“This is a good job,” notes Dr. Sterry. “I think Haylie’s features have better harmony.” Hilary would approve!

I think she looks great. I’m not a fan of plastic surgery but hey as long as you look better and very natural then I’m for it!

I didn’t really see anything wrong with her before. I’m guessing it’s not too drastic since the paparazzi have not been flocking her to death. Her new look is nice to me.
Much improved. She did have quite the chin and nose before! I say, if you have the money, why not? As long as you don’t end up looking like the Bride of Wildenstein!
i kind of prefer the original haylie to be honest. Cant really notice the nose that much, but her chin gave her personality. I dont see the point of submitting themselves under the knife for features that make them different from other people. Whats the point of looking normal, when you can look unique?
I liked her more before. Now she looks like Jennifer Aniston. Which is blah.
Her new chin looks odd. I don’t understand the need to have plastic surgery, unless you’re obviously deformed. Plastic surgery doesn’t fix deep seated insecurities.

Meh she looked fine before. I wish celebs would stop messing with themselves. Whats wrong with having something unique about yourself?? It was a chin for goodness sake!
I don’t prefer either way, but if she feels better about herself, it was worth the money.

You can really tell her chin was chopped off. I don’t know, it looks good, but she was somewhat prettier before. Maybe the angle and the picture itself is not very flattering; or maybe she is yet to be completely healed. It doesn’t look fake at least, that’s a well done job.
i actually prefer the original! she was kinda channelling Liz Hurley originally i reckon. now, i dont really like it =S plain and normal and boring. no body i would look at. original was like ‘wow’ and looked sophisticated and sexy…now yeuk

I actually never noticed her chin was that prominant before. I think she does look better now but it is a shame that she felt she had to change the face she was born with. I can kind of understand why some people wish to change their bodies but I wouldn’t let anyone go near my face!!!

Yes! She was SUCH a unique beauty (even with her blond hair in California, her strong facial features made her stand out), and I don’t know why she would want to change her nose/chin! I would LOVE to have her “before” face!

she looks like any other girl in the newer pic, but we’re not seeing much of her face really so maybe she still has some individuality left. her chin was indeed quite dominating, but idk her that well so i have no clue how it looked from the front, profiles can be harsh sometimes
dont know her at all, but on the left pic she looks mpre edgy – in a good way. kinda as if julia roberts underwent surgery and turned into jennifer aniston. who would want that?
