I cannot imagine how awkward it would be to have a pole in my dorm room (both as far as space goes and the explanations that would follow).
I lover her she makes that show! And she looks amazing here. Although Shape did their usual crazy amount of photoshopping on yet another person that didn’t need it.
This may sound naive, but I don’t think Shape or Fitness or Self magazine should really be allowed to do soooo much photoshop. Yeah, use some photoshop on their skin or air brush out flyaway hair or insert a different background, but these magazines claim to be about women’s health. How healthy can it be for women to look at a women’s health magazine and see a bunch of photoshopped pictures and for the magazine to say “you can look like this too!” Obviously, all magazine do this, but it is just particularly irksome that health and fitness magazines do.
Amen, sister! I agree with you wholeheartedly! And I think it is insulting to the women that pose in the magazine. It says to them that their REAL abs/arms/glutes whatever weren’t up to par.

I have been using this workout post-pregnancy and I can tell you that it’s amazing! You don’t need to do it at the gym, you can do it at home. And it really is challenging. I am almost back to my pre-baby weight after 4 months.
As for the photoshop comments: Shape published a letter from their editor saying they never airbrush or photoshop photos in their magazine. All of their models are the real deal, they claim.
Wow, and we shall all believe it. Do you know anyone who works with photoshop? Ask him/her and the answer will be promt. Bunch of hypocrites. This so gets on my nerves, what do they take us for, mere idiots? Complete retards? Jesus, at least have the decency to shut the f up, don’t say that you didn’t use airbrushing with it’s in crazy amounts right in your face.
