I think she is beautiful in a very strong and primal way. Some people can be low body fat % and still be healthy, I hope she is.

    • alyssa

Marginally better than Kate Middleton’s hideous bikini pictures from Seychelles….

Ropey. Its beyond fitness. Its fitness plus low food

      • serena

What was hideous about the Kate Middleton bikini pics? I thought she looked pretty good – she’s tall and lean but with subtle curves. Not a model but better than Andrea Burstein imo.

        • alyssa

Kate Middleton has a masculine body – broad shoulders and back, long torso and short legs, no waist definition, and no hips. By losing enough, she has slimmed her legs enough to help them appear longer, and lost inches off her wide shoulders. Unfortunately, her breasts, which were small to begin with, are almost gone and her hips have become even narrower.

She does the best with what she has, but she looks better with clothes on than without. Full skirts, heels and tailored tops help her create a more feminine figure from Herr boyish or sporty body type.

I hope the pregnancy fills her out in the hips and breasts, it probably will

    • Katheryn

If I was a man (or a lesbian), I think I’d want to feel dainty softness while touching a woman, I don’t think this would attract me…

  • val

wow ! she is so FIT !!! looks great and has killer abs !!

    • lux

I think her body looks like really hard work. I suspect that she eats very few calories and exercises a lot. Personal I don’t think her body is worth all these sacrifices as imo she would look better with more weight. I do admire her discipline, though, I would never be able to achieve this if I wanted to.

  • sam

the fake looking boobs and super defined abs don’t work for me. I like her face though, its different.

    • cfp

I agree that her implants are terrible. You can see skin puckering because she has so little body fat to cover them.

  • Powwows

Woah! I wouldn’t personally like to look that tight in the abs but I have to admire her obvious dedication.

  • Pixie

    She looks like Sofia Coppola.

  • reesa

woha! this looks really weird.. like her body has been vacuumed! seriously, her body looks like skin, bones and a teensy tiny layer of dry, dry muscle tissue. I’m wondering how her body works.. i mean, seriously, this cannot be healthy!
good thing she’s got boobs, makes her look a little more alive!

  • Isa

    that…..looks gross

  • Mera

    Total turnoff.

  • Alyssa

I think I would like her look a lot better without the fake boobs. They look very out of place on her frame. I do think she would look a lot better with at least an extra 10 lbs on her.

    • Jenna

Really? I think the implants were a good idea for her. Imagine what she would look like without them! But I think she would look best without them plus a few extra pounds of fat.

    • jjj2

I agree, the fake boobs just ruin her figure and the look she is trying to achieve. They just look completely out of place. Women with a body like that just don’t have boobs that look like that. They completely destroy her look.

  • TonyFae

O_o omg, ew. Fit yes… but WAYYYYY too thin! Geeez

  • Kate

Not my cup of tea. Something about her reminds me of a praying mantis. What’s sad is she works really hard to look like that.

  • i_stan_for_no_one

her butt looks so round and plump from the back 3/4 view but then flat as a pancake from the profile. so odd?

  • sofie kittie

Not a good look IMO. Women with both zero percent body fat and big tits just look so weird

  • Brittany

Not a fan of her bod looks like she has an exercise addiction prob which can be associated with an eating disorder (not saying she does just saying it looks). And I can’t stand outie belly buttons Weird to say I know but they gross me out.

  • wonderwoman21

Yikes, not attractive. Of course her abs show, she has zero fat to cover em! The rest of her body doesn’t look fit, just starved. Fake shiny boobs

  • Sasha

I am such a fitness fan myself and I can tell you that this lady is clearly not. Low body fat % – yes, that’s why you can see some abs. This is pretty much how it works on almost all humans: if you wanna six pack just watch your diet. I am looking at her flat flabby (almost negative) butt and stick thin arms and there’s no doubt she lifted anything heavier than 1 lb recently.

    • Tiina

cn, I agree with wonderwoman21, Sasha and D. Her body fat % is so low that if she was fit or into fitness training, she would show at least some muscle definition also on her butt, back, legs and arms. She has no fat to cover anything: if something isn’t visible it just isn’t there.

Even if you’re “naturally thin” and don’t get bulky how matter how much you train, it’s not possible have that little body fat and still have muscle definition only on your abs. Also: gluteus maximus is the biggest muscle in human body. If a woman has muscle on her bum and no fat around it, it it doesn’t flat out like on that second picture, it represents itself all the time.

I think that classical ballerinas are a great example of how fit looks on naturally skinny women. They are extremely fit, quite low on fat and naturally small-framed by definition. And still if you look at any given ballerina, they have huge amounts of muscle definiton, especially on their backs and lower bodies.

When skinny people become fit you can most certainly see their muscles even if they’ll never look like Serena Williams’.

      • Tiina

woops, sorry, this was meant for cn 🙂

        • Sasha

Um, it’s fine but I think we can all agree that this is one of the most disgusting gluteus.

          • Sasha

not one, but 2 lol two gluteus, not one

    • marie

Thank you! I read the title and write up and laughed. This woman is not fitness fan. She’s a fan of clearly not eating enough. Fitness fans have muscle tone. This woman has skin stretched over her abs but look at her legs, arms and butt. Nada. Haggered face due to the low body fat. I love ripped girls who work hard but this isn’t hard work and in my opinion, this isn’t attractive nor healthy.

    • solaxia

Sasha, thank God someone else said this! I said this earlier (before I read all the comments) and thought that it may be a little controversial, so I came back to read other comments and was pleasantly surprised by yours. I completely agree.

  • chris

The fake boobs look sooooo uncomfortable. It hurts just looking at them…

  • Goldi

I thought it was Blossom, they have similar noses….

    • anon

She does look like a skinny Mayim Bialik.

  • Neri

Way way waaaayy to thin… Her upper body almost seems to be anorexic. And it’s really unattractive when her breast implants are so visible… Not a look to aim for, no.

  • D

Really? SHE DOES NOT LOOK FIT OR HEALTHY PEOPLE! She has abs because she has very low body fat, her body fat clearly much lower than what is considered healthy. She likely has a lot of health issues such as no period, hair loss and growth, etc. It doesnt look like she works out, it looks like she is starved.

    • Lisa

Shouldn’t you be tending to patients, doctor?

    • Lydia

I agree, it is not healthy to stay at this long term

  • Candy M.

At first I though, well she’s lean but how the hell is she a high fashion model. Then I realized she’s not, i can’t even find her on the internet. Apparently she’s a fitness model or something, she’s never be in fashion. Looks kind of short, blah face.

    • marble

Haha, on what planet does she look short?

      • Candy M.

Short compared to high fashion models, she’s 5’7.

  • Hazal

Extreme skinniness + fake boobs = not a good look!

  • Carrie

Wow prob 5″8 130 looks too thin

    • Jessie

No way does she weigh that much.

    • Daniella

HAHAHA you’re kidding me right? I’m 5’8 and weigh 115lbs but would look like a fatty next to this girl. I reckon she is 5’8 105lsb

  • Lu

    do some squats girl

    • Sasha

Like… a lot lol. And eat some protein!

  • serena

I find her face really unattractive. Her body fat is so low but you can’t see much muscle in her arms and her butt is quite flat in profile, and the implants look weird. Overall I’m surprised she’s a model. Lately there have been a lot of comments on how actresses are plain compared to models but this one is just not attractive at all imo.

    • Candy M.

She’s not a famous or fashion model, she’s a fitness model.

      • pvb

She’s a famous model. She retired but since the death of her husband she’s going to work again

    • Candy M.

Huge difference between fitness or calendar models or tv show models and high fashion. The women and men fitness models usually look awful, usually trying to compensate for their face or height. The women always get fake breasts, tan and look tacky. This one looks bad because she’s older, her face is ugly, she has fake breasts, isn’t proportioned. Theres hardly any info for her on the net though, I’m not exactly sure what kind of model she is.

      • mary

I love the ripped look on dudes cause I like my men big, but it just doesnt work on women…fitness models kind of perplex me…I love defined abs and have always envied their work ethic, but unlike the woman above, so many fitness models have those huge bulky legs and look masculine (like jennifer nicole lee) The low body fat makes the bolt on breasts soooo obvious and unattractive too. much prefer the lean, toned look.

        • Winnie

Jennifer Nicole Lee is one of the only fitness models whose body i envy. she has crazy good proportions (hasn’t lost her waist and doesn’t have a boxy torso like a lot of them seem to), but she still looks feminine to me, especially when compared to someone like P!nk for example. anyway, i don’t think she looks bulky at all, just super-fit.

        • Candy M.

Eh, I hate bulky on men and women, theres definitely more room for mass on men for sure though. I like male high fashion models like female high fashion models. Even if I’m not attracted to all them, i think theres a difference between beauty and sexual attraction. Same reason female models are beautiful to me- bone structure, 6’1-6’3 for men, lean and thin. Fitness models, I admire their bodies in a strange sort of way like Madonnas. I guess interesting more than anything else to see every muscle and striation- i could just stare at their bodies in fascination for a while. Thing is anyone can become a fitness model in theory( many people don’t have the willpower), there aren’t any requirements for the face or anything. Ive seen many fitness and bodybuilders who look downright ugly in the face. I know a few from looking up workout videos on YouTube and Ive seen JNL on the dailymail. JNL has huge thighs and an unattractive face and isn’t she really famous or something? Yeah but, I just don’t find too much bulk great. I like things streamlined I guess. And I really don’t like big legs on anyone at all, unluckily for me I build muscle there way easier than I do in my upper body and I like to squat. Its hard because if I want to bulk up my arms a little and eat in a calorie surplus my legs and ass( don’t mind that one as much) get bigger first and I don’t want to cut down my leg routine as I like to maintain strength.

        • Sasha

Bulky legs? Define bulky, otherwise – are you kidding me? http://www.buzzreactor.com/articles/jennifer-nicole-lee-shopping-in-a-lace

          • mary

no, im not kidding. its just mu opinion. she has good muscle definition and I like her abs. but i prefer leaner or smaller legs. she has the britney spears quad bulk going on in the link you posted, esp that second pic. just not a fan of those stems, plus they are short…i prefer leaner legs that dont rub together when you walk, just my preference

          • Daniella

Yeah i agree Mary…. i find her legs REALLY bulky. Not that there’s anything wrong with that but it’s something that i personally deem to be unattractive in legs. Her calves are nice, but those quads are too bulky for me eeek

          • Daniella

Also i agree that legs that don’t rub together when walking are much nicer. it’s weird that her lower legs are quite slim yet collide when walking… i guess it comes down to the width of hips. for me karolina’s wide hips are perfect because it means her legs do not collide when walking

      • serena

Candy, even as a fitness model she’s rather plain. I mean her body is not really something most women would aspire to. I can appreciate strong athletic builds but as a model it’s also her job to look pretty and sell an image. Ignoring her body, her face is harsh. She reminds me of Sarah J Parker with the witchy nose and horselike face. Except I’d rather have SJP’s body!

        • Candy M.

Yeah, but there are a lot of fitness models with bad faces. I look up workout videos and there faces are often uglier than average. I don’t think they care. If you’ve seen bodybuilders, there is some major compensation they are trying to do.

    • Candy M.

Correction, the only single thing i could find on her besides these sets of photos is her bellazon page. She’s had 2 posts since 2007 and she modeled for “Gente” magazine and a bunch of tacky photos.

    • anon

Serena, I kind of agree with you. Except when I saw her face(before scrolling down) I thought she was one of those unattractive fashion models, but when I saw her implants, I knew she wasn’t.

  • Candy M.

    She looks 5’7.

  • ayu

She has about the same circumference as her kid, that’s scary and sad.

  • oh my

She was a model here (im from her native country) 10 years ago. Her husband (not a celebrity but well known) died a month ago of cancer, after two years of treatment, so she is probably skinny due to stress. She is now vacationing with her two small children. I find it rather ironic that you are all judging her appearence, after all she’d really gone through. Kind of teaches you not to judge others until you’ve walked a mile in their shoes.

    • TonyFae

      ಠ_ಠ
      Give me a break.

      • oh my

Oh yeah you are right. I should have said: she looks hideous, too low body fat, horrible implants, you should take care of your diet and your fitness no matter your life circumstances. There is no excuse for not watching your diet. I know my mother/my neighbour/ a friend who nursed her diying husband all through hospice care and she managed to sneak an hour of excercise a day, blahblahblah

        • TonyFae

          Lol Ya! Moving on…

    • swissmiss

I’m sorry to hear that she has a hard time and that she lost her husband, really. But as Candy M. already pointed out, there is almost nothing to find about her in the net, so how should we know her background story?! I’m sure if the text above mentioned sth of this, many commetns would have been different. There are many sympathetic commenters on this site, i find. Besides all this, this site is dedicated to comment on different body shapes, so what do you expect?!
Anyways, I hope she will be fine, because clearly she doesn’t look like it, judging from these pics.

  • sam

    no

  • Jess

He husband died not so long ago. She was always pretty slim but she was skinny during the last months preceding the death of her husband. Imagine what she’s been through!!!
As regards her appearance, she was more attractive when she was younger. She is about 40 years old now but if you look up photos when she was in her prime, she was a total knockout. I never found her to be pretty (those women with nice facial features) but she is very attractive in my opinion.

  • Isabel

That´s a little bit too much and I don´t like her face either.

  • Autumn Jones

    Ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww……………

  • xcheshirecat

That is what you call fit ?
Muscles has volume, I see nothing here. she doesn’t even have a ass

She’s just so thin that a little muscle everyone has is seen

  • Jessie

No way is she 130. 130 would look much better.

    • Jessie

Whoops, this was meant to be an edit to my above reply to Carrie 🙁

    • swissmiss

I think carrie tends to overestimate others ppl weight in general…

  • Michelle DD

ok, nice abs… but those legs are not fit.

  • mary

i like her abs, but wow she needs to hit the squat rack to fill out that pancake arse

  • lc

OMFG…aside from the fake boobs, she officially has the BEST BODY EVER, imo. Yep, it’s official.

    • lux

Is this sarcasm? Sometimes hard to tell over the internet. 😀

      • lc

No, not all all! I really like her figure. I may be the minority here, but I do.

        • lux

Oh, for some reason I read it as sarcastic. Sorry. 🙁

  • solaxia

She does have a low bf%. but to me she is still just thin, and not ‘fit’ looking. I can see she eats really clean (possibly restricts), and does some crazy amount of ab exercises to get those abs…but…she doesn’t look good imo. Her legs and arms are so thin that I have trouble calling them ‘toned’. Toned to me is low bf% as well as some good, hard lean muscle with a bit of bulk to it.

    • LXS

      Absolutely agree!

It looks like that she ONLY works her abs and ignores everything else. I believe achieving a good body is all about balance an proportion, and her abs look so bizarre on her skinny frame

  • spark

Last name is Bursten. Face reminds me of Kelly Brook. All-around beautiful.

  • marliellala

    she looks like a witch.

  • Candy M.

Her body doesnt look terrible in the last shot i guess, just put my hands over the plus 2s and the face. I think whats most jarring about this woman is that those abs don’t look like they belong on her. I don’t understand focusing on 1 body part. As other have said, her ass needs squats. Forget the crunches honey and squat. At the same time, who cares with her face.

  • cameron baum

Not really my body preference, but you can tell she works hard for it.

  • Carla

I like her body except the abs they would look better less toned and a little more weight all over would look healthier and then I’d gladly swap bodies with her.

  • xAJAx

It’s funny how beauty can change by country…. In America you all prefer rocking abs and no hips over a great butt, while here in Europe we all go mad for a great ass and we don’t like super defined abs ahah

    • Lau

I agree, I am from Europe too. I know that it’s not just country and continent, but I have not seen or heard one man or woman say or think this body is attractive.

I’d go as far as saying if anyone likes this, they might have body dysmorphic disorder…

      • lc

Nope. I like it and I’m good, no problems here.

  • tequilla

im sorry but lady looks like a dude..even her as* looks like mans as*. she has a pretty face on the other hand.

  • Carrie

How much do u think she weighs! I only guess 130 because she has a lot of muscle

  • leyla

Her husband just died a few weeks ago, so maybe she is not eating right

  • Aline

ok, she is scary skinny now, but how can you guys say that she’s NOT fit and has no definition in the arms?
    http://cdn.theblemish.com/images/2013/07/andrea-burstein-bikini-640×431.jpg
If her arms are not really well defined, I don’t know whose are.

    • xcheshirecat

everyone is defined when you have no body fat

      those are skinny arms

  • Rocky

I agree, it’s difficult for thin women to build muscle. My wife is slightly shorter and quite thinner than Andrea and used to try to build more mass but is now satisfied just to maintain definition at least equal to Andrea’s. She, my wife, is exceptionally healthy and to those who say otherwise about Andrea, I have to completely disagree.

    • xcheshirecat

it’s not difficult at all, we just get less volume in the same amount of time. I train and I have muscles. Like ass, legs, actual arms that can lift stuff

      • Lydia

“its not difficult at all” some people are naturally built to where muscle comes EASY. my ex literally never worked out but had AMAZING abs and body. everyone is so different, stop generalizing.

    • Rocky

I have to agree that it must depend on body type concerning health. My wife calls her body type a ruler and has always carried very little body fat and although she did gain and keep a small amount of muscle it was difficult to achieve. She’s 5′ 6″. and weighs less than you even after the difference in height is considered. I viewed Andrea as somewhat the same shape but my wife is probably a smaller frame – difficult to tell from the pics above. Like you, cn, she is healthy and my hope and opinion is that Andrea is too.

  • Lisa

Okay, I’m in the minority here…. I think her body looks good.

  • lc

Lol I have to wonder what kind of hell would break loose if someone posted what you just posted on a severely obese person’s thread. Or the “eeewww” from above. They would be massacred.

    • swissmiss

That is so true! I also found these comments disrespectful and unnecessary. If that would be an obese or chubby person ppl would completely freak out about such comments. Double standards big time…

      • lc

Exactly. I was trying to post to the person who said her body “almost made them throw up”. I mean, really??! If that had been said about an obese or even just overweight person, all HELL would break loose, without a doubt. Also, you are right. These comments just seem hateful, mean-spirited and unnecessary.

        • Winnie

i agree lc, it’s rude and there’s an obvious double-standard

          • lc

Yes Winnie! Double-standards for sure. I don’t even want to imagine the kind of pandemonium that would break out if it was the opposite; they’d come out with torches and pitchforks lol.

          • Candy M.

Honestly I would say eww to mama june in a bikini and I think most would. I know obese women are often called gross on other sites in bikinis, and I think there is something grotesque about being huge. i wouldn’t say it about a woman who’s just overweight, but a morbidly obese women or someone extremely underweight( I don’t mean by like 5 lbs, my bmi is like 17.5 I) is a sign of bad health and I think its natural to see that as grotesque. I would never place her under that category, I don’t find her face or breasts attractive whatsoever( I tried putting paper over them), but her body is good otherwise, Also the sunlight shining directly on muscle makes them appear more defined, that plays into it.

        • Daniella

Lc, you have a good point. It kind of reminds me of how it’s ok to tell someone they’re too pale, yet if you tell someone they’re too dark all hell breaks loose. Being pale doesn’t have the same “setbacks” as being too dark, just like being too skinny doesn’t have the same “setbacks” as being too fat. I’m not sure if this makes sense or not lol. But when people call someone too skinny they know they won’t be hurting their feelings because this society praises thinness anyways. That’s why it’s almost expected that skinny people will not get offended by comments like “you’re too skinny” because if anything it’s indirectly a compliment.

          • lc

Well, that’s wasn’t what I was talking about. People actually said “eeeeeewwwww” and her body almost “made them throw up”. Really?! That is *never* nice, and NObody would want to hear that. Come on! That’s plain rude no matter how you spin it, about anyone.

          • lc

            *That*, oops.
Oh and that was @Daniella, don’t know why it is posting like this lol.

    • Miss x

In online-newspapers obese women get lots of bad comments, from both men and females. Its always never anyone that gives a nice comment on someone that is really obese, and that’s good. Being obese should never be glamorized.

  • snugglepup

Her boobs are so painfully plastic! Too skinny! Scary!

  • siennagold

She’s obviously slim fit but not my type of body.

  • Laura

Definitely not my idea of attractive. She doesn’t do much for me.

  • Goldi

Can we get a JNL post Versus? Pretty please?!!!! I think these bulky thighs everyone is bashing her for deserve their own post!

  • animalcule

I have the same body type (except I will never get implants, and I am blessed with a curvy butt – which I try to make even curvier by lifting heavy). Broad lean shoulders, skinny all-muscle arms, ripped abs, no fat in the upper body, just a little bit in the hips/butt, slim legs but not so lean as the upper body. All of my body fat is below the hipbones. I’d say if she’s 5’6″ she’s between 110-120 lbs.

Some women – very few, but we exist – just don’t carry an average amount of body fat, whether our frame is large or small, and regardless of how much muscle we have. I look just like my small-framed, wiry, lean, skinny dad. I can gain muscle when I work out and eat a ton, but lose weight if I am inactive, even if I eat a lot, because I just don’t gain fat, and my muscle wastes if I am not lifting heavy.

My ideal body is a fit, surgery-free Kim Kardashian type – but, I am quite happy with my own. It’s unusual, but it’s healthy and strong despite being skinny, and I have had no problems dating, and while people do make a lot of personal remarks, they are never so harsh as on this site.

I look just like my small-framed, wiry, lean, skinny dad. I can gain muscle when I work out and eat a ton, but lose weight if I am inactive, even if I eat a lot, because I just don’t gain fat, and my muscle wastes if I am not lifting heavy.

I’d say if she’s 5’6″ she’s between 110-120 lbs. she looks beautiful and healthy! i think curvy women are beautiful and healthy too. i don’t like the breast implants. she should just go with the whole skinny look (like erin wasson, etc.)!

  • LXS

She is not healthy. She has abs, yes, but look at the rest of her body. Its like all she works is her abs, no muscle anywhere else. Abs aren’t always the definition of health, you can see crackheads with abs just like these cause they have so little body fat. For some people having this low body fat percentage, is not maintainable and not healthy, and to me thats how she looks.

She doesn’t even look strong, she looks as if the rest of her can break like a toothpick! People need to stop being so deceived by abs!

  • Raquel100

I am exhausted just looking at her, imagining all the sit-ups she must do to look this unnecessarily tight & muscular! I admire the time, discipline, & dedication she must put into working on her body, but I think she would look a lot better gaining 10 pounds & easing up on her fitness routine!

  • T

    I would’ve expected a fitness model to have a better bum…

Anyway, definitely not a body I envy/would aspire to. Too thin for my taste. I think the extreme thinness ages her body quite a bit as well.

From what I’ve seen on this website everyone is criticised, no matter the body type. The honest opinions of posters is what this blog is all about. I still don’t know why people are bothered if someone says ewww. It’s not like we said it to their face. We are just stating our opinions on a website made for it. And people of all body types are criticised. From extra thin, to chubby, to fat, to even just cellulite etc. Nothing wrong imo if you criticise on a website made for stating opinions.

Alright Lau, let’s see if you still have that mindset the next time someone says “ewwww” about a fat person.

You must have a great body too CN, I can’t get over her breasts and face but her body is good. I don’t like the shape of her abs though, idk the muscle bellies seem large(er). My abs are more compact I guess, the muscle bellies are much smaller i think and that looks better to me. Her butt, maybe you’re right. In that picture it doesnt look so great, looks okay in the behind pic. I see clear deltoid definition in the last two pics, maybe more though. But yeah, its highly likey she’s an ectomorph. I don’t know if I am though. Im a little over 6’1 135ish lbs really long calves and forearms, super long legs, long wingspan, short torso for my height though I have broad shoulders and i think a medium frame. I wouldn’t say I eat more than most people, defintly healthier foods but still around 2000 calories with weight training and rare cardio. Its define;y possible for me to gain though if Im eating at restaurants with 2000 calorie meals and loads of sodium. Idk

BMI says its underweight, but even then you could have 30 percent fat. Its kind of comparable to being 5’9 120- more importantly I have like the same fat perfect you do.

Looked her up on zimbio, in one picture from the front you can see her butt behind her thighs, in the next picture you can see its quite saggy. You’re probably right about the lipo- damn her stomach is lean. Arms look good too. Found her on bellazon and while she seems to be lean always, theres a huge differce between 2007 and now.

I had DEXA scan too twice, once at 130 lbs and once at 135 lbs to make sure my fat percent didn’t go up and it actually went down. My diet is mainly paleo, but has always been like that just out of taste. Breakfast is whatever protein- love steak/porkchops and eggs with avocado or beans, if I’m in a hurry ill get a protein shake. For lunch its usually half a lb of whatever protein i want, rice or potato or whatever starch, and a huge salad or maybe collard greened or spinach. Snack I love protein shakes mixed with fruit, i don’t have a sweet tooth at all expect for fruit. I actually have an aversion so cookies and cakes and stuff, just don’t like sugar, could eat 2 whole pineapples easily though. Dinner is usually whatever sounds good- I love everything- greek food, italian, turkish, spansih, love brazilian steak house, korean food. I rarely eat at american chain reataraunts like Olive Garden or places like that. I watch the salt as Im extremely sensitive and easily get water in my face and abs. I drink a gallon of water a day which isn’t hard for me. Workout- weight train 5 days week. It goes lower body, upper body and abs, rest day. Leg days cardio enough for me lol. I used to be a runner and jump rope when I reached 130, but people told me I was too thin and these were other very thin people. It just didn’t look ideal on my frame with broad shoulders and really long limbs. 135 is ideal for me. Ive pretty much been on vacation this week and the feel before so Im feeling a little guilty for exercising twice the past 3 weeks. Luckily I believe in muscle memory and I snap back into shape very quickly. When I get back ill probably get on the jump rope in addition to my 8-12 rep weight lifting, fairly heavy but not body builder heavy.

anyways, cn, is there anyway I can send you a private message

  • charu

She doesn’t workout on leg day! Squats and Lunges will never leave your legs that way!

  • Miss x

Agree, Candy. I wonder how all you commentors above can have missed that fat people also get mean comments? Ofcourse they get bashed.

  • JUST for the record. Her husband died a month ago of a terrible cancer. She was on the beach with her children invited by one of her late husband friends for vacations. I think she is taking it very well since her husband was ill for such a long time… r.i.p dude..

  • rubiii

love her height! too skinny though..but maby it’s because of stress..her height is her best feature

  • ellentjie

Sorry this look is awful. She looks overly sinewy and she looks very old. Her boobs are clearly fake and her butt is completely flat. In my opinion this is an unhealthy look.

  • I blog often and I truly appreciate your content. This great article has really peaked my interest.
I’m going to take a note of your blog and keep checking for new information about once per week. I opted in for your RSS feed too.

literally no body fat, do no want or ever like

  • Dave

Amazing! She has a perfect body. She’s slim (but not anorexic) and ripped (but not muscly).

  • DIPT

Below, you will find dozens of negative, spiteful comments from women who would secretly give anything to have a body like this. But since they don’t or are too lazy to put in the work, might as well hate!
