I think she has the body to pull of the dress, however, in the third pic you can see just how much work she has had done. Her lips in particular look ridiculous.
I think it`s all natural, I`ve seen pictures of the Cruz sisters when they were younger and they had those big plump lips.

She looks wonderful and I see no problem with the dress. Yes, it’s short, but that is balanced out by the dress itself being more loose rather than a tight figure-hugging tube that also makes her breasts pop out (which would then be too much to me).
