Heidi Montag Talks Plastic Surgery (Yes, Again) and Her Workout Program
August 21, 2009 in Heidi Montag by Versus

On plastic surgery:
The fun thing about surgery is that they always have new things and you can always try things. I’m not sure what’s on that list right now, but I’m sure as I get older, I’ll want to keep up with maintenance as most Hollywood does.
On her workout program:
When Playboy offered to put me on the cover, I knew I had to take my body to the next level. I didn’t want to look skinny and frail, I wanted powerful curves!
The e-book is a healthy lifestyle to adapt and adjust your body to every day. You can download exercises, a plan to break-down what you should do each day, a whole health plan–it’s really a lifestyle of fitness.
P.S.: You can actually purchase Heidi’s workout + nutritional program – check it out here. No, I am not trying to promote it.

She’s such a joke, great body, but a joke.
Uuuugggghhh this girl!! go away allready
Oh, if only it had been Heidi that had been found dead, stuffed in a suitcase and placed in a dumpster…where she belongs. Average, average, average….on a good day.
is it just me, or does that picture look VERY fake?
her body doesn’t look proportional to her head…
i guess thats what happens when everything about you is fake.
I think she is gonna turn into some kind of surgery junky LOL, she is going to end up looking like MJ or something, seriously poor girl, she looks like a cheap Barbie
you should follow E! news’s lead and stop talking about her. she and audrina are prototypes for what’s wrong with bodies in hollywood – fake curves on top and no curves on bottom. the only thing barbie like about her is the amount of plastic that she’s made up of.
