Celebs in Jeans: Shenae, Kate, Claire and Hilary
Shenae’s looking less skinny, Kate is still skinny in light wash jeans, Claire’s got a very long torso and not-so-long legs and Hilary is her usual slim self.

I don’t like the first girl’s look, Kate looks scary-skinny as always, Claire is sweet but boring, so my vote goes to Hilary! She looks very good!

ok ive been biting my tongue on this one for a while, but do these stars know that they are wearing koofiyahs? (look up kheffiyeh, koofiyah is the phonetic arabic pronunciation). personally i think they are fashionable and i know that some people disagree with the political connotation (i.e. rachel rays scandal dunkin donuts scandal) but i think if celebrities also knew that there was some sort of a disagreement about them, then they would stop wearing them.
I wear them anytime and it doesn’t bother me. It looks great and I like them. Only people create disagreements. If people will stop giving some stupid connotations, they will just no longer exist. It’s a fact. We (humanity) manage ourselfs and this entire world.
I agree with you Elena, truly, but the fact is that people DO create connotations… I was just putting it out there that I don’t think that celebrities are aware of it.

1. what the heck is that get up about, maybe that caught her after a yard sale where if u where it it only costs a penny to buy it. maybe if she took both outer layers off and found a pair of jeans that look non-mauled that i would like the outfit.
2. The grey shirt and grey bag should be worn together. I like the shoes. Those jeans are a step away from acid washed, so just no to them. The random tangerine scarf is cute but out of place. And maybe it just the lighting but did she spill something on her shirt.
3. I personally hate the wide leg jeans look but i give props to those that try to pull it off. Maybe if the jacket was as look she wouldnt look so odd. Its not that she look so bad it just that i cant find the one thing that would make the outfit work if it was changed. Nope, i think it just the ugly jacket.
4. I have to give it to Hilary on this one. The rains boots, when its actually raining, are cute. The jeans fit her great. the scarf, i would have chosen something other that that pattern and color. All in all she looks the best.
To the whole kheffiyeh, i have come to realize that the majority off ppl who wear them in the states have no idea it a sign of Palestinian solidarity. the hipsters where it in so many colors most ppl are confused anyway. But i think ppl should in fact realize and know what they are wearing, being ignorant to some meaning behind a garment u are wearing wont absolve u from having ppl make assumptions about u. Living in dc and being privy to many conversations about the kheffiyeh, i just dont wear them cause a person can get tired of talking about the israel-palestine conflict.
I agree with you about the kheffiyeh, where I live EVERYONE is wearing them and half don’t have a clue it even has a connotation.
I don’t mind them, I find they look fashionable (for example here it looks great on Hilary), but you should at least be AWARE you’re sending a message.

Claire is wearing a sort of boring outfit and the jacket doesn’t go well with wide legged jeans, but I love her so I think she looks the best. She definitely looks healthier than last summer when those scary pics of her in a bathing suit came out. Good for her!
I don’t dig the ripped jeans phenomena. Why buy over priced jeans with rips in them? Shanea looks better than Kate. Is that a giant stain running down Kate’s shirt?
Hillary looks cute, happy, and fit.
Kate wins this for me simply becasue her fashion game is on point! she may be skinny as hell but how she coordiantes her outfit her size isn’t the main focus. The others need to take pointers from her although Hillary would have been my choice if not for the boots.

3.Claire- blazer and chioce of pants is making her look older. she shold have chose opentoed shoes.
4. Shenae – I never like boyfriend cut jeans, the crotch looks too long and manish.men jeasn are built diffrent for a reason. there is too much going on in her outfit. she always mangages to look homeless. she should have a diffrent choice of jacket or remove the cardigan all together.
Love Claire’s blazer and jeans. I think she looks good. I like Kate’s look, too, and Hillary looks good. Digging the Burberry whellies, not so much on the kheffiyeh. As far as that goes, I agree with the peeps that say you should know what you are wearing, and if you are wearing it, you should intend the political message, and maybe she does, but I doubt it.
Shenae she seems to be gaining a little weight. She looked better slightly more skinny. I’d say Kate wins this one.
At the same time, she definitely looks loads better and healthier when that whole anorexic controversy was going on.
