Yup, she really is 54.
Just in case anyone is wondering, she is 5 ft 8.5 in (1.74 m).

She looks thirty or so, and completely stunning. Poor Lindsay Lohan…
Lol, I almost feel awful for this – but my first thought as well was that she looks younger than Lindsey. Maybe Iman could be a good role model for her on feeding and taking care of herself.
Her skin is great for 54, actually unbelievable!

She looks amazing, and not just for her age. She has beautiful skin & bone structure and seems like a woman who would look just as good without makeup.
Yes, she looks great, but that is expected with anyone that has money, resources in the modeling industry, and access to all the greatest cosmetics and spa treatments. With that said, there are some that have not taken care of themselves and she definitely has.
Yes well she looks awesome but there’s no way i could have her as a rolemodel, she’s so far from how i look and i know i’ll look a whole lot older than her when i reach 54, even if i take care of myself.
Wow she has no sagging anywhere…her arms, chest, face and neck are all super toned. If I saw her I would say she was 35; that’s almost 20 years younger than she is! Definitely a combination of amazing genetics and effort. I’d love to know what she does to take care of herself.

Gorgeous. Curves in all the right places and flawless skin. Unlike younger models these days who just look like extra tall 10-year old boys, no meat or curves. I think Iman looks beautiful and feminine!
again with the damn ‘no meat or curves’ comment. NOT ALL PEOPLE HAVE CURVES. that doesn’t make them NOT feminine! get it through your heads. we’re all women, no matter what our body shape is. and we are all FEMININE.
