Linda Evangelista in V Magazine
Supermodel Linda Evangelista is 44 years old, but she is still rocking it in the new issue of V Magazine, in a spread that’s called “Color Me Linda”.
She’s wearing Prada, Gucci and Marc Jacobs (to name a few), but the shoot is not just about the clothes… it’s about the hair (lots of it!), the make-up (dramatic) and Linda’s wide range of expressions.

I don’t really like the 90s supermodels. They’re distinctive-looking, but I don’t find that attractive.
That’s exactly why I like them.
In my mind, models should look stricking, one of a kind, alien type beauty. After all, they wear fabric art, they should be the frame that suits said art, not some pretty generic cutesy face with a pert bum.

she is more like a hair model……..(or I should say “wig model”). Not a very pretty face for some reason I can’t put my finger on. Never was a fan.

She is so ugly. She literally looks like an alien-not human. I never saw the beauty that people see in her.
That’s the ‘beauty.’ The non-human look. The ‘beauty’ comes in the appreciation of a nonconventional aesthetic.
I think there is something very distinctive about her face and this shoot is great for showing off the fact that she’s still got it after all these years, but besides some of the styling, it’s boring!
Her face looks tight like she’s had a facelift. She also has that ’surprised’ expression of people who’s face has been lifted….
