At first i thought she looked great, but somehow, having seen so many curvy pin-up girls (or pics more precisely), she just seems to lack that wow-factor for me. Normally i like the aesthetic of a tiny thin body, but this style just craves more powww IMO. I bet men still like it

WOW I would have no clue that it was her at ALL! Talk about photoshop! I mean I’m sure her body is great, but wow did they change her face. It’s kind of sad how even with all the photoshopping in the one on the bike where she’s half smiling-she still has lines around her mouth. She looks old, I can’t believe she’s only like 30….

“WHY WOULD YOU WANT ONE”, “TRY MY BEST NOT TO HAVE ONE”??? Sorry, but I work so hard to keep mine and flaunt it. If anything I would want a little more. I am thin also, but I’ve learned as I’ve gotten older that booty is a GOOD thing. I don’t mean to come across raunchy or anything, but it’s true. Women are beautiful and that is one reason why. There are many other things that are consifered attractive, also. So if you are lacking in that area, I’m sure there is someyhing else you’ve got.
I agree, why wouldn’t someone want a booty! I think that when your rockin a booty, jeans, skirts, dresses…they all look better. From my knowledge, most men also admire the prominent bum. Flatass syndrome is out. (no offense to any lacking in the backside)
I don’t think that this picture is WOW…she looks like a long and lanky model atop a motorcycle, heavily photoshopped, and personally, I think she has no arse whatsoever (I think they should have picked a woman with some more curves and more booty)

I have to say that she always missed that extra something-something to me…She may have a great body but she is not a girl that I would envy…Her face is not right for a pin-up style photo…
Eh, someone like Kelly Brook, Christin Hendricks, Dita Von Teese, Kim Kardashian, even Doutzen K. would have been a better pick for this style, a woman with more of a “model’s” body like Marisa just doesn’t fit well with the “Pin Up” style, IMO. It takes more than big breasts to be Pin Up.

the first picture does not look like her! i was like no wayyy until i saw the profile picture of her front on. She definatly doesnt have the pin up look in the body and face, her bodies not particulary curvy all over and her face does have that cartoon kinda look

I actually love these photos. Marisa can pull of the quinessential “girl next door” cheesecake look in this. I think the over-photoshoppedness of it is the point, to make her look squeaky clean like the old pin ups.

nevertheless i think she looks good, her body doesn’t look so strange like normally(yes i don’t think she has a nice body and i don’t envy her at all..i always found it strange that other people praised her so much.)..maybe it’s because she is not in a bikini..
I love the idea of the photoshoot, but it’s kind of weak with her as the model. I think Rose McGowan would have been perfect.

Yes I agree with the posters that these are supposed to be overphotoshopped. Check out Alberto Vargas and Gil Elvgren for examples (obviously NSFW!)

I actually like the pictures, she isn’t the classic pin-up type, and they photoshopped her into a different girl, but… They were clearly doing a subtly updated pinup look (check out the shoes!), so using a more modern figure (tall, lean, booby) makes sense. The intense photoshopping gives the same cartoon-y feel as the defused lighting did back in the day. It works.
Granted, I’m apparently in the minority and think she’s attractive to start with. I like her way more than Alessandra Ambrosio. =P

These pictures are one thing (the waist could possibly be passed off as real), but have you seen the ad they’ve placed on the front page of youtube? They pulled a Ralph Lauren job on her waist (and you can tell, because they place one of these more normal photos next to it).
