After being bombed with “Scary Skinny!” comments last week as she was posing for a new campaign, Victoria’s Secret Angel Miranda Kerr replied back:
‘The exaggerated poses for the shoot have made me appear thinner than normal from behind, but I am the same weight and measurements I have maintained for more than three years.
‘I am conscious of not only maintaining but promoting a healthy lifestyle and I wouldn’t be able to sustain the hectic nature of my modelling commitments if I wasn’t 100 per cent committed to feeding my body the food, vitamins and minerals it needs.’

always thought she was too thin anyway
Honestly, she’s right, you can make almost any normal-sized arm look dangerously thin by taking a photo of the elbow, looking up.
She may not be people’s taste, but there’s no reason to put her down by branding her with an eating disorder. Nothing about her appearance indicates that she is dying or nutrient-deficient. Just as we shouldn’t be quick to automatically assume bigger celebrities are immediately unhealthy, so it should be the same for Miranda.

i think she has very little body fat, but i don’t think she’s necessarily sickly thin.
Did you really expect her to look any bigger than this with no clothes on? Just that these photos aren’t photo shopped. Also I always thought she was super thin too. Nothing ‘curvy’ about her
I don’t think there’s anything wrong with her in those pictures. Yeah her arms look skinny, but not scary skinny. I personally wouldn’t want to be quite as thin as her, just because of my own personal tastes, but I think she looks healthy and cute.
Amazing body, yoga also helped her. She is not scary skinny, it is also her body structure to be long and lean.
It’s not about the arm.
Browse those pics. In one you can CLEARLY count each and every rib she has from her armpit downwards. Keep in mind this is a pic taken from afar.
In the pics of her legs, her thigh is so small, her CALF is bigger.
These are not NORMAL or HEALTHY.
But also keep in mind the Daily Mail is a tabloid. We all know how willing a tabloid is to “edit” their photos to create a story. In all her other photo shoots recently she’s looked about as thin as always.
I looked. Nowhere does it say in teh gallery linked that the photos are from the Daily Mail.
And there are dozens of them. They don’t look photoshopped. If they were, she’d have grounds to sue them.

I completely and utterly agree. Everyone is talking about her arms. I saw those pictures. I saw her back and her ribs. I saw her shoulders. She has a god damn hole in her shoulder, in one picture. People say it is healthy b/c it is about Miranda Kerr. They will yell disgusting at lilo, even though lindsay is probably twice the size of Miranda. Sorry, but i got scared at those pictures, and i’m underweight myself. So no, not normla. Yes, scary.
Is that Miranda Kerr ? Or zombie Miranda Kerr…she doesn’t look very good…her face needs photoshop because it looks like a skeleton …she used to have that cute baby smile now its scary.
First of all she looks great, she is clearly staying skinny for some of the high fashion houses, and good for her, she’s doing really well right now. As far as her diet and vitamins and minerals, well, Orlando has a major skinny fetish so I highly doubt he’s taking her for pasta every night.

Good for her at fighting back at the critics. Its amazing how a poor girl can work hard for a great body and that isn’t good enough for some people. She looks absolutely perfect.. The thing is that she has a thin frame, thats why on all of those thin shots, you don’t see bones popping out. She has body fat around her thin frame.
