I’m thinking… actually I’m guessing that the hair has a very specific role – to make Janet look a little taller?
Onto body talk, Janet is looking mighty curvy and plumpish here - and it looks like her waist is constantly small (yeah, I know, the corsets should be applauded), regardless of the amount of curves she’s got on.

ok so 1. damn those are some ugly stage outfits and 2. she should really let baggy pants go… i think she looks bets in the black outfit, with tights and a corset, it makes her look slimmer and more curvy instead of plain big
