90210 star Jessica Stroup did a photo-shoot for Complex magazine… and we’re looking at the results!
She’s got some sexy poses, a wild one and a “with-bra / no-bra” version of the same outfit.
Her face looks great in pic no. 3!

Her legs are awesome but I do not like the photoshoot at all.
I don’t like it at all. Her facial expression seems so put on, like she was supposed to look like some wild and free rebel chick when she really isn’t this way (I don’t know her but she doesn’t radiate it at all). So at least that’s what I see here, especially when looking at her face (mostly eyes) and posture in the 2nd pic, for example.
You can’t turn everyone into someone edgy, it just doesn’t work. The few who naturally have a rebellious aura are easily recognizable and need a majority of conventional ppl (and in this case conventional beauty) to rebel against.
To me, Jessica Stroup seems to rather represent this classically pretty image and it shows in these pictures, she doesn’t look comfortable.
I have to agree with you. She looks like she’s playing dress up in her biker momma’s closet. It’s a really boring shoot.

Agreed usually Complex is on point but this shoot is an Epic Fail. But I like her though. Her facial expressions look contrived.
All i can look at are the veins in her hands in the 1. photo. If they photoshop everything else they could’ve done something to those as well
Other than that, meh. I agree some other theme would suite her better.

Exactly! I’m glad she embraces the fact that she’s flat-chested. She never tries to push ‘em up or whatever.

I don’t think they used much photoshop, if ANY, very very little on her.
from the bruise, to the hands and the arm pinch of fat by her underarms..which every girl has, etc.
i’m happy they didn’t make her look perfect!
& i usually think she’s gorgeous! & has a gorgeous face but this photoshoot didnt do her justice.

The edgy look does not work for her. Her lack of neck also makes her look awkward.

I’m not feeling this shoot does her any favours. Her androgynous looks isn’t edgy enough and her girly look comes off as mildly trashy.
Something’s off. I does look like whoever did the shoot was lacking something: not sure if it was makeup, hair, wardrobe or imagination.
