From what I understand they live only a few miles from each other. They’re friendship goes back a few years. Recently they were photographed at the airport (I think it was heathrow? ..anyway) no they never hated each other. B.T.W. Kate is 5′6 Lily Allen is 5′2

Lily apparently used hypno-therapy to lose weight. Hypno-therapy!? It’s that hard for her to stop eating? I mean, how can you respect a person who doesn’t have the will-power to just eat less? It’s hilarious and sad at the same time.
During a television interview Lily Allen said that her hyno- therapy was not used for weight loss. She went to see Hypnotist Susan Hepburn, so that she could try to quit smoking (she wants too, & because she has asthma) But it didn’t (or hasn’t) worked so far. Her weight loss is from going to the gym, changing her diet, & doing Bikram Yoga. ( the rocker chick diet rumor was started by the tabloids)
