So here is nowadays’ no. 1 super-skinny girl: Lindsay Lohan in a photoshoot by Hedi Slimane. And she didn’t bring many clothes to the shoot – actually, she’s quite topless. Topless and VERY skinny.

I agree with Jill, I have to say that I’m worried because she is a role model for young girls, who wants to look just like her, and she is not healthy, she is sick, I don’t know if she’s anorexic, bulimic or both, but with these photos we can see that she is not ok, and is a shame because she was really beautiful and hot in rumours music vid when she was “curvy”.

Her arm are the tell tale signs since they looks so strange. If this were Keira knightly (if you do think she’s anorexic, let’s say Bend it like Beckham days Keira) her protuding hips bones wouldn’t be frightening neither would her boyish look, but the fact of the matter is that this is Lindsey Lohan. Even when she was a little girl she wasn’t the skinny skinny pinny of all the kids’ movies. If she were naturally this skinny or had a boyish figure I would applaud her for not feeling pressure about having a less curvy body. But she’s not and her face looks sick and lank. What is this thing that she always need to show herself half naked when she gets skinny/anorexic??!!! Her hips are soooo defined, it looks like a muscular male model, yuck! Yeah, she is going for some Kate Moss herione chic kind of look. I am not going to psychoanalyze to the level that everyone else seems to. I like thin, toned physiques myself, as in Cameron Diaz, Jessica Biel, or even Anna Lynne McCord, skinny, but with muscle mass. Lindsey looks ill.

We’re not fat, but you cannot tell me this is a good look for her. She is obviously not naturally thin. It’s one thing to be naturally thin and can’t gain weight no matter how much you eat. But Lindsay Lohan had curvier days and for her to drop this much weight is scary. I think this is a cry for help. I hope she gets help SOON before she ends up like Karen Karpenter. 1st- bony arms, bony everything really, looks pretty strung out and disheveled

The only thing that looks SCARILY unnatural to me is her arms. If it wasn’t for her arms giving away the fact that she’s too thin, I wouldn’t notice it in her stomach area.

I think she looks beautiful. just because someone looses some weight doesn’t mean they have an eating disorder. and she definitely isn’t “scary skinny.” yeah her hip bones stick out a little but look at her stomach, there is definitely some pouchyness going on there. Maybe if people stopped making such a big deal about celebs loosing weight we would have fewer problems with young girls paying attention to that sort of thing and developing eating disorders
IMO, that “poochiness” is because she is slouching and not engaging the lower abs. She is scary skinny, her hipbones didn’t stick out like that when she had a bit more weight on her.

Right, so I have no qualms with the smoking. I do it too and people shouldn’t get so self righteous. But that’s not the point. Lindsay doesn’t actually look terrible here, but she does look too skinny for her frame. When someone is naturally that skinny (and here I mean Keira Knightley, I’m pretty sure she just is that way) it looks great, but when they aren’t meant to be, you can tell. I have seen much worse-looking people weightwise. And also, she doesn’t look as skinny here as she looks when she’s wearing clothes, which is a bit odd…
it seems as if lilo is using her weight loss to draw attention due to the lack of work she seems to having (apart from the model shoots)..quite sad really, she had great potential as an actress

We can only make conjectures about eating disorders, drug use, etc. All we can observe here is that she looks tired.
To each his own. I happen to find her body unappealing regardless of her weight – she has no defined waist, no hips, and shapeless legs. I know, I know, everyone is made differently.
