Honestly if I seen a non-celeb wearing these at the local mall I’d be like “WTF???” They are pretty tasteless and trashy.
That being said I could totally see some celebs rockin’ these leggings such as:

Lady Gaga
Beyonce
The leggings are just a big mess of ew. Ew, Ew, Ew.
However, on the brighter side, Lindsay seems to have put on a little bit of weight. Perhaps it’s just the angle, or maybe photoshop, but she seems much healthier here.

I have to say I LOOOVE these leggings but only if I wore a long tunic or a short dress with them. Otherwise, theyd look trashy which it kind of does here.

the pipe looks like a stripper pole, so the look is kinda working. Fine for stage/photoshoots, not for an every day girl!
the leggings are trashy. but i guess it can look cool if the right people wear it. eg. rock stars, some funky fashionable celeb or maybe a stripper(in which she looks like one here). i like simple, plain leggings but i can’t deal with this sort.
and her face looks creepy in the picture. for someone skinny, she needs a shorter medium length hair. and skip the bleach.
