They could be if you believe that her and her sisters all got breast implants at the onset of puberty. People who know her from like high school say that she was always big chested and small. Also, people who saw her change for shows say her breasts sag a lot. When she does photoshoots and stuff they make sure the sagging doesn’t show which make her breasts look fake.
I honestly don’t think they’re fake. She’s always been small with larger boobs. At one time, I thought they were fake because they seem to have “grown” since she’s been modeling. I then realized that she is heavily photoshopped in most pictures. I saw her at a restaurant and her boobs looked much smaller than in her pics but she still had boobs. My conclusion: natural breast with a bush up bra and photoshop. I think some people want to believe they’re fake because they’re jealous but you can find her Perfect 10 topless pics on the net and they are definitely real.

I’m really disappointed with VS’s choice of model to wear the fantasy bra this year. I really thought for once they would let Alessandra have it seeing as how much works he has put into VS (more years, more promotions, more Angel years…etc).
Such a shame, especially since Marisa is not the first model I think of when I think of VS Angel…she is pretty and has an amazingly rare figure, but she is also old and too sun damaged. Hopefully they will let Alessandra open the show this year at least; it’s about time they mold her into the superstar that they molded Adriana, Tyra and Gisele to be.
Yeah, but Alessandra doesn’t have the proportions that Marisa does and this bra is definitely showcasing Marisa’s assets. Overall, I consider Alessandra to have a much prettier face but Marisa looks great in bras, although sometimes they they make her boobs look too big. Marisa also seems to be the girl of the moment and VS is going with it I think.
I agree with you about Marisa’s skin though. This may sound rude but I think she looks better in pictures than she does in person.
Yeah you’re definitely right about proportions. Alessandra is flat-chested compared to Marisa, and I do think that’s the reason why they chose Marisa over Alessandra (she’s the biggest chested Angel now).
I just think Alessandra has potential to be the next Adriana or Gisele if VS would just hype her up a bit.
I agree about Alessandra, she’s a stunner. She’s a little too ruler shaped for my taste but she’s an incredible model. She’s made to be in front of a camera. Marisa, well, not so much. I personally don’t think she’s supermodel material, but I’m not a professional. They obviously see something in her that I don’t. I like Marisa’s personality though.
Well persoanally i do not like Alessandra, at all. Especially her face, it is way too long and bony, and her body is skinny and straight. Miranda is more curvacious than her. As for Marisa, she may not have the best face – because of her rough features – but she is one of the few models out there that makes me feel really really envious, and i respect that so much (i can add Bar as well to this category; to bad they photoshop her way too much). She has this wonderful, thin yet curvy body, toned yet not overly muscular; you can clearly see how small her bone structure is, her clavicules are tiny for example. I mean i know what i look like, and b/c my bones are a tad bigger, my ribs show sooooo much, and if i would gain weight to hide them i would be plain fat. So yeah, go Marisa.
Fair enough Uma, not everyone has the same tastes. But Alessandra has done the VS Fashion Show since 2000, and has been a VS Angel since 2004. That’s almost as long as Heidi and Adriana, yet she has never worn the Fantasy Bra nor opened a show and the other main angels have, some of them multiple times. In the VS Fashion Show, it’s a point of pride to open the show or to wear the bra (only the best Angels and the ones who earn it the most get the opportunity).
Due to her experience and work/effort for VS, I think Alessandra is more entitled to wear the fantasy bra and open the show this year than Marisa, without a doubt. But as Kae pointed out, Marisa is bustier so that’s why she got to wear it. I was just saying that it’s not entirely fair to Alessandra in the politics of the fashion show.

I think her body is absolutely gorgeous, tiny body, full breast and and sexy face. She may have some sun damage but she is a long time surfer so it doesn’t bother me.
Oh Kelli I hope I didn’t offend you. :/ I meant old in the lingerie model sense. They all tend to be in their 20’s. But more importantly she actually looks old. She looks older than Heidi Klum. I really hope I didn’t offend you, the 30’s are not old at all when you consider life span.
I think Heidi without makeup looks way older than Marissa, though Marissa does have a lot of sun damage…but she likes the beach and the surfing..and it all has a price…
Anyway, to all those who keep getting surprised at her measurements: 99% probability that the boobs are real…I would say a 100 but with famous people you never know for sure. And I have a very similar size, so yes, it’s not that weird. I admit I do worry sometimes that people will think they are fake, specially in the US, since implants are getting so ridiculously common these days.
To me, if you compare Marisa and Heidi with make up, Marisa looks older, and if you compare both without make up, Marisa still looks older. Only when Marisa is wearing make up and Heidi isn’t does Heidi actually appear older. But I guess that’s just a matter of preference. To me, Heidi’s skin just looks healthier and more youthful.
Great boobs. It is possible to have boobs that big on a slim frame, I have that too. Except I REALLY envy her legs. Mine would NEVER look that good! I do sometimes think she looks a bit TOO slim with her boobs, but, if she’s naturally that way, well, lucky girl! I wonder what her bra size is? Just out of morbid curiosity!

Kae- Yeah that’s what I always thought too (5′6″)! It’s hard to believe though, considering she is a model. In some pictures though, she does look REALLY tall like 5′11″! Maybe that’s air brushing? I was reading on the other board that your husband grew up with Marisa (which is cool!) but did he ever mention anything about her height. If I went to school with someone that was that petite and the became a big famous model I’d be very surprised!
Yes, my husband knows Marisa quite well because they played volleyball together. Her height on the roster was always 5′6″ but her thinness might make her look taller. And her sisters are built the exact same way! Large boobs, really thin torso…it’s in the genes.
I forgot to add, I wouldn’t be surprised if she was really 5′7″ just from looking at more pictures of her. I’m not very good at estimating though!
Oh wow, that’s interesting! So this was when she was in high school? Most girls don’t grow after High School so I bet she’s still 5′6″ then. Do you remember the pictures with Selita and Marisa when they were in the beach (marisa was in a black swim suit)? She looked really tall there. I believe that she is 5′6″ tall though, my sister saw Marisa when she was in NYC doing a promtion for VS and said that mostly all the models were shorter in person and I was pretty shocked to find out models lied about their height.
Btw- Totally agree that her boobs are real. A lot of people in my family are really skinny with big boobs too. It is definitley possiable!
FYI guys, I do some modeling, nothing major as I live in the Cleveland area, but I do print and commercial and some runway here (again it’s not strict since it’s not NYC) and I am about 102 lbs and barely under 5′7″ (5′6″ and 3/4inch). However from what I have found out, ALL models lie about their height, I guess it’s rule of thumb especially since you’re in some sort of heal alot. My agency lists me at 5′8″ sometimes even 5′9″. I’ve heard all models are usually around 5′7″ to 5′9″ and they always lie and put them at 5′10″ to 5′11″. The only thing they don’t lie about is how skinny models have to be, becuase clearly your weight shows most.
She does look shorter then listed, and I guess because she started out working for men’s magazines it wasn’t such a big deal. I guess if you are 5′5″-5′6″ (MM’s height) they list you usually at 5′8″ and if you are actually 5′8″ I guess they might “round it out” to 5′9″-5′10″ or so. Alessandra also looks shorter then listed.
I read an interview not to long ago and she (Marisa) does say that she’s “not the tallest model in the world” and basically went on to say that that’s the reason she really doesn’t like gaining weight.
