Megan’s exact quote sounds a tad more obscene than mine – here’s what she said:
She may be one of the world’s sexiest women – but it turns out Megan Fox’s language isn’t so attractive.
The Transformers star went off on a foul-mouthed tirade at the suggestion that she’s too pretty for serious movie roles.
Megan fumed: “It p***es me [off] when people f***ing complain that I’m too beautiful to get a part.”
“That’s bulls***.”
“You wouldn’t be working if you weren’t attractive. Hollywood is the most superficial thing you could possibly be a part of.”
“And if I weren’t attractive I wouldn’t be working at all.”
Megan’s language kept going strong on the same path when she was asked an unrelated question:
And here’s Megan on whether she thinks it’s worth isolating herself in order to escape the madness of Hollywood.
She says: “Yeah, it’s worth it.”
“Because if it was – if I wasn’t making that decision I wouldn’t, I would be f***ing, not literally f***ing away my career, but I’d be s***ting away my career.”

I don’t think she’s supposed to be a lady. She just most definitely isn’t one, and being ladylike is a quality I and a lot of people value in a woman. I know when women swear a lot my male friends wince at the nastiness of it. It’s not the same for everyone but I think it’s more pleasant to have a touch of class and grace about you. Not to mention modesty.
I understand why people think she’s been misquoted, but I’m a journalist and they’re unlikely to have done so because Britain is the libel capital of the world.
Being too beautiful never stopped Charlize Theron, Catherine Zeta Jones, Demi Moore, Julia Roberts, etc- from getting movie roles!

You know, despite all the hype about how gorgeous and sexy she is, I never quite felt the same way. I always thought she came across as trashy and she had a certain look about her face that made her appear a bit bitchy. It is the kind of look/aura you would expect from one of those condescending popular girls in secondary/high school who bully other people for being ‘uncool’. Even though appearances do not always correlate with one’s personality, I have to admit that put me off and I did not find her as attractive because of that impression.
When I saw her interviews I had even more of a negative feeling about her. As if she really did not want to be there, that she was extremely angry about even being interviewed and she was almost always sarcastic or arrogant. I couldn’t really tell which it was, but either way: it all came across negatively.
All in all… I’m not really surprised that she values herself so much or that she swears like a sailor. It seems as if the trashiness and bitchiness isn’t only on the surface…

Its a free country…if a pretty person wants to cuss…who are we to be all high and mighty about it…come on people…get over yourselves..I cuss when Im mad about something or passionate about something…at least shes not being a total fake bitch about it and is just saying what she thinks might make others happy.

) and she’s prettier, but Megan is hot.” I’m neutral when it comes to Megan, I don’t really care if she talks like a trucker, or if she is a bit full of herself, but I do think if she were to go back to being natural, she would be pretty, right now she just looks hot and harsh.

I find Megan’s face and body to be quite attractive, even though I’m not a fan of cosmetic surgery. She’s quite sexy looking, plus, I’m a huge fan of brunette’s with blue eyes and lighter skin.
However, I’m not a fan of her personality, or the way she presents herself in interviews. If she didn’t want to be apart of Hollywood, she wouldn’t be doing what she’s doing. She would probably do independent films rather than blockbuster movies.
Anyway, I’m a fan of her appearance but not her personality.
her looks could be in the way of her landing some jobs, but as some have already said, many beautiful women in hollywood have remarcable careers. it’s the fact that she is seen as a sexbomb, not this pure, goddes-like beauty. she could tone it down if she wanted to though, with the “right” style she could look like a girl next door or a million things really. I prefer a more natural kind of beauty and not fake hair, fake lips, fake nose and fake boobs but I understand why people find her hot.
She is sexy but trust me halle berry is hot, charlize theron is hot, and there are lots of GORGEOUS actresses who get good parts..maybe megs is lacking in the talent department. Too beautiful to get a part my ass. Audrey Hepburn was one of the most beautiful women ever, and being gorgeous never stopped her from getting roles! Megan Fox is not even very pretty, either. I’ve never understood why guys love her so much when there are plenty of better looking and non-bitchy celebs out there (Leighton Meester, Hayden Panettiere, Rachel Bilson, Selena Gomez, and Blake Lively, just to name a few).

She may be a pretty face AND hot body on screen but her acting career won’t go very far if she doesn’t have acting abilities and skills. I have to give her little credit for speaking her mind and not caring what others think, but she needs to learn how to have some class. Maybe it would be better for her to just stick to modeling….just my two cents.

Megan fox does not fit this. She’s very hard looking with the dark hair, neon green eyes, and tattoo. She almost looks like the most feminine woman in a biker gang….no offense. She’s not very soft or feminine say like Jessica Alba.
She has had plastic surgery. Megan fox used to be on Hope & Faith. If you look at pics of her when she was younger she has had a nose job and definitely lip injections at the very least. No one’s nose bridge changes sizes through puberty nor does their lips.
Natural beauty is a must if we are gonna dub someone “beautiful” Women of time such as Catherine Zeta Jones, Audrey Hepburn, Raquel Welch, Rita Hayworth….even more contemporary Adriana Lima, Kate Winslet…..all of them are beautiful but have not had botox, lip injections, and nose jobs. Naturally pretty means you do not need surgery to achieve being attractive, you just naturally are.
I agree with what you’re saying, most of it. I agree that natural beauty supersedes cosmetic beauty but most of the women in Hollywood have had work done and so have many of the men. You mentioned Halle Berry and Jessica Alba, who many believe have both had nose jobs. I know that Halle definitely had a nose job.
Megan Fox has harsh features, as you mentioned, but many people like those typ of features. She’s one person who is an example of good cosmetic work, unlike many others who turn into freak shows. I personally like her because she’s not generic and blonde, busty with fake tan skin. Everyone’s tastes are different but I understand where you’re coming from.
Both Catherine Zeta Jones and Raquel Welch have likely had cosmetic surgery. Maybe no obvious nose jobs or lip injections, but I believe CZJ had her eyelids done and RW has definitely had a facelift in the last few years. But they were beautiful to begin with, where as Megan was just cute.
I’ve read that Raquel Welch has admitted to having surgery and I wouldn’t be surprised if CZJ had surgery too. They’re both stunners and Megan Fox is too. She looked very pretty before she had surgery, she didn’t need it IMO, but she obviously thought she did!
