SAG Awards 2009 – Mega Gallery

Lots of fabulous dresses at the SAG Awards last night, they definitely deserve a big gallery!
A few remarks:
* Angelina Jolie does not get bored of the same dress, apparently. At least she’s changing colors. And those arms and hands still look sooo skinny.
* Lisa Rinna looked veeeery narrow and Katie Holmes looked rather… underdressed (and are those shoes still in trend?)
* Nice cleavages on Jane Krajkowski, Jenna Fisher and Kate Winslet.
* The hit colors: red and white / ivory.

Angelina’s dress was HIDEOUS! More Golden Girls wardrobe. What is she thinking?
Kate Winslet looks good even though she refuses to admit that she HAS lost weight.
Speaking of weight, Katie Holme’s body looked amazing, and I LOVE her dress, but it did look really casual with those shoes. She needed to dress it up with the right accessories. She needs a stylist, badly.
Marcia Cross looked gorgeous.
Oh and America Ferrar looked really pretty. I forget how lovely she is seeing her as “Betty” all the time.
Lisa Rinna needs to stop messing with her face. Not looking good at all – she’s gone way overboard with the work.
And love Katie Holmes – except for the shoes.
LOL, Yahoo’s list is just plain odd, they have Susan Sarandon, Olivia Wilde, and Jane Krakowski listed as “Worst” dressed. My faves(in no particular order): the three I just listed, Anne Hathaway, Christina Hendricks, Emily Blunt, Evan Rachel Wood, Penelope Cruz, Taraji Henson, and Amy Poehler
My favorite look here has to be Perrey Reeves’, even though I have no idea who she is. Anyone wanna fill me in?
Perrey is an American actress, she’s been in a bunch of movies and tv series – she’s probably best known for her role in HBO’s Entourage.
Frieda Pinta is gorgeous! Where/what is she from?
Don’t normally get the hype about Kate Winslet, but she looks fierce *snaps
Katie Holmes looks underdressed for the event, but she looks so great (for a change) that she should get a pass.
Nancy Odelll looks like Ashley Tisdale here. Not a compliment.
Tina Fey, that dress didn’t work on Ugly Betty (who looked great) & it isn’t doing you any favors either.
Jane K’s character would have worn that dress… life imitates art much?
Winner = Rosario Dawson! She is owning that dress & is epitomizing the term “movie star”! Like the old R Kelly song says she’s “got that vibe” lol.
You can see Freida in Slumdog Millionaire, the movie has lots of awards.

Agree with Instant- Yahoos list was TERRIBLE! Not only did they call looks “worst” that weren’t that bad (like Terri Thatcher, who I don’t care even care for), but they said that Jolie & Fey looked “best”! Who are they kidding? They clearly went for the “kissing the @ss of the it girls” approach.
kate winslet is def the IT woman this year <3
i saw both of her movies – they were v. good, you girls should watch them.

I’m only going to comment on the figures I think are best. Credit where credit’s due it goes to Kate Winslet as far as I’m concerned – the dress is fabulous on her – and I don’t like the woman, I find her conceited. Christina Hendricks has such a great shape but I’m afraid I think it’s time for this lady to go down to the gym. My eyes ran over her because she didn’t stand out to me ( like she usually would) which really surprised me.
PS Winslet is going for it hardcore – she wants that Oscar and it looks like she might get it.

Christina Hendricks is absolutely gorgeous!
Jennifer Morrison looks California classic and not too over the top. A fresh beautiful look. I am liking her at this event! Kate W. is not attractive and for all er past talk about being comfortable at her hefty weight she is getting skinnier by the day! Her fakey blond hair and too much make-up are a huge no no!!
She is no great actress either. Dame Judy she ain’t!! Next….!!
Opps almost forgot. freda Pinto is FABULOUSLY GORGEOUS!!
Would have loved Rosarios get up on someone else. She has the dreded horse jaw that just kills the poor girl!
