I love Penelope, but here Monica looks prettier. She actually might always be prettier, but she often has too much tan, which doesn´t look good. But as a whole it´s quite impossible to choose, cause I know Penelope can look absolutely flawless too! It´s like.. Both are beautiful and elegant women. However, right here Monica looks better because her dress appears to fit better. Also, she’s wearing a more sultry look, while Penelope’s wearing a sort of silly smile. Not to mention, why does Pen’s hair look so flat and dull?
If Penelope had the same sexy facial expression as Monica then she could’ve been the slightly hotter sister (like she can be) but since she’s doesn’t.. it’s a tie. I like both outfits.. neither are wow but both are pretty enough. Both women are beautiful.. a lot of the time its hard to tell between the two.. their beauty is so similar particularly in those Mango ads.. its hard to tell! but anyways my verdict is they are as hot as each other here (^_^)
