Of course her skin is super flawless. It’s called photoshop. That’s not her real skin, come on, doesn’t even look human. How can you suggest that that’s achievable? Like she is a superwoman. She may be, but that skin is not real. ABSOLUTELY any of us could have that skin with photo editing… And yes, you are right, her legs are actually skinnier.
Umm, I never suggested that that skin was achievable – in fact, I clearly said that she looks too plastic and too much like a doll BECAUSE of Photoshop.
Ok, i am sorry then for sounding too annoyed. I just felt that you implied that we (normal people, i mean) should or could aspire to that kind of skin. Plastic, good word to describe this..

I think that she looks Barbie-like also. I like Miranda because she`s naturally pretty and has a childish smile, but I can`t see her anywhere in this ads…
She looks perfect when she smiles, looks such innocent with her angelic dimples. It is a shame she doesn’t smile in these pics and looks kinda dull i agree.
they have changed the shape of her bod big time! she doesnt usually have that much ’shape’ and she doesnt really have any boobs…i like her face when she is all dolled up and photoshopped but i dont actually like it when she is without makeup- its almost piggy like (in the nicest poss. way)…i never like here body. i think it looks like a little girls body when photoshopped and even more so when not photoshopped. i really think she looks like an extra tall 10year old

Um, its probably not photoshop. I am not a model but I have 3 kids and I have a body like that. I don’t work out, I am naturally muscular and toned and I am 36 and look about 25. Any women who try to say anything negative about this picture are just completely jealous, and that happens. She looks beautiful. Ask any guy…who isn’t sitting next to his fat girlfriend and trying to keep her from slapping him!
Oh god, what the hell is with the “you’re fat and jealous if you don’t like this woman” *beep*? I don’t like her looks, but as far as I’m concerned it has nothing to do with my weight or jealousy, I just don’t find the model look attractive and I don’t have any desire to look like her so why would I be jealous? Kim K., Kelly Brook, Christina Hendricks, some unmentionable ladies(adult models with lots of natural assets), THOSE are women I’m jealous of and I have no problems in the world giving them compliments. Jealousy isn’t the only motivator for people’s negative opinions.
I did have a little bit of a rant written up, but I think I’m going to take a different approach.
Holly, I am fifteen years old, and I only weigh 105 pounds, but I could probably guess that a woman like you might not understand the level of self-hatred I work through each day.
What you said really got to me, because I am jealous of Miranda, and I do believe that deep down, even when my boyfriend says he’d choose me over her any day, that she’s his dream girl. So, I guess when you said that ‘fat girlfriend’ comment, it really struck me.
I just want you to know that comments like that genuinely do hurt people, and if you have daughters, someday you’re going to have to learn to have a little more sensitivity. Because they might just reach their pubescent stages and spend hours looking in the mirror, hating each and every inch of themselves and holding back from tears because of a little sometime somebody said without a second thought before she sent it off on the internet.
You’re only 15 yet you are very mature. Much more mature than this Holly with her 3 kids. I wonder how much does she actually know about photoshop to say that this is not. I weigh about the same as you – i lost some more recently due to stress. So me being fat is such a hilarious idea. Yet somehow, just like you, i feel the same way. I am so glad that you said this is such an honorable manner. I wish more teenagers were like you from this point of view. However, dear, you are a bit too young to care so much. You seem to be a very beautiful person, so keep your head up!
When I was 15 I used to feel the same way. That I wasn’t beautiful like these gorgeous models. But as you age you start to realize that men have different tastes and one man’s trash is another’s treasure. I can’t think of a body shape where there wouldn’t be some man that didn’t like it.
In time you will learn to like the look you have. It’s a part of maturing. Just try not to let anyone on the internet bring you down, and never let any man make you feel that you are not good enough.
im 15 too & this comment made me cry because i thought i was the only person that felt this way. i had curves since i was 8 & people would look at me & call me fat. for 6 years i hated my body. i used to weigh 104 & now im 80 pounds & people call me a walking skeleton i feel like i should gain weight but when i gain weight i feel like im fat.

She’s such a beautiful girl. I don’t know why they had to edit her so much. I think she was oiled up and then they smoothed everything out using Photoshop. She could have just showed up to set, taken a photo, and with a few MINOR tweaks it would have been magazine ready.
