Rachel Bilson in a Girlie Gray Dress
December 12, 2010 in Rachel Bilson by Versus
Rachel Bilson looked pretty and cute at the Spike TV’s 2010 Video Game Awards in Los Angeles on Saturday at the LA Convention Center venue, where she rocked a feminine gray dress.
See some more!
P.S.: Rachel is one of the celebrities that look younger than their age, don’t you agree? She’s 29 years old. And I love her 2-tone hair!

i would!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE that dress, and she looks amazing for her age! Definitely looks to be in her younger 20′s as opposed to late 20′s. Good for her!
perfection right there!
She looks amazing, and is one of my favourites. I love the dress, especially on her.
Wow, she could still pass for 19…..jealous 29 year old here!
Women look better at 29 than they do at 19! At 19 you’re still a child. Be proud of your age! I’m 29 too)
I´m 29 as well. People think i look younger but there´s no way i could ever look as young as Rachel. I´m much taller than she is which would necessarily make me look older. But i love her skin and tiny features. To be honest she looks rather childish to me, though gorgeous.
I don’t exactly agree that height alone will determine whether you look younger or older than your actual age. Perhaps that is not exactly what you meant. However I have been ‘tall for my age’ as long as I could remember, and now at 26 years old and 5’7; I am not Goliath by any means, nor am I Frodo sized. For over a decade and a half I have been routinely mistaken for being signifcantly younger than my age. By at least 5+ years. At 18 people swore I was 12 or 14 tops. Now, nearly 27, people are always shocked when I tell them my age, having thought I am 19 or 20. As a young girl, this mistaken judgement of my age bothered me greatly. Now I don’t mind it at all, and see the benefit of it. People think I am younger than friends of mine, and others my age, who are actually younger shorter than me. Kind of disproving the height theory as a sole factor. I do see your point, in some cases, but many factors come into play in regard to the age a person appears. Anything from genetics, facial features, clothing choice, haristyle, lifestyle choices, (maybe even height) and weight could be argued…(such as how weight on some people ages them, and weight on others, gives them a more youthful appearence) I feel like it really depends on the person and could be argued all day long.
I just turned 20 and I’d hardly call myself a child.
I’m 18, I still feel like a child and want to be!
The majority of 18 year olds I know act like children anyway. You have to start taking responsibility at that age whether you want to or not. I don’t know what’s with our generation. They are all so childish and don’t want responsibility.
Ditto what deanna said. I’m 19, and in no way would I consider myself a “child”. In fact, I’m legally an adult. I understand you’re trying to promote a healthy attitude about being near your thirties, but you could have been nicer with your words.
Be proud of being young! There’s nothing wrong with being young… I think what she was trying to say is that at 19-20, you’re still very youthful…physically. Trust me, ladies, once you hit 25 your metabolism suddenly slows down and gray hairs start popping up… you’ll realize that at 19/20, you really were a kid.. and you’ll miss it!
Chechebelle- that is very true! I don’t think she was meaning “child” in a bad way. I changed a LOT physically and mentally over the last 5 years (24 now), and it hasn’t necessarily been for the worse! Just different, that’s all!
to add to that, (don’t take offense 19/20 y/o’s!…I’m not meaning this in a negative way, or a way to attack you! I also don’t mean that it applies to everyone.) But out of the girls I knew at school etc. They all became sexier at 24 than they were previously…and they seem to be improving more?! It’s strange! Their looks plays a part, and their confidence and just self awareness I think. With their looks, they are becoming more defined facially, and even muscle wise…I found I built muscle and tone easier in my early 20′s than in my teens…I didnt stop developing until 22! I started at 11 (got my period, wore a bra etc…so i was pretty early!)
man, you cant say anything on the website without offending SOMEONE..
geez, peeps, lighten up
Everyone is beautiful no matter what age; i think that the point some people are trying to make is ‘blossoming into your womanhood’ when women (and men too) have shed the insecurities that often accompany youth and the teenage years
I wasn’t offended. It was a close-minded comment so someone had to point it out.
I definitely understand what she was trying to say, but I still feel like there were better words to use than “child”. I associate that word with things like “immature” and… well, “childish”. It just kind of rubbed me the wrong way. Thank you though, everyone who responded! I’m usually the one to think that people on this site are too sensitive, and it looks like the joke’s on me now =]
omg, i’m 19 and definitely not offended. get over it, i mean in the grand scheme of things, we really don’t know much about being an adult. we’re babies. be happy about it!
thats true…i remember when i was 19 i thought iam so smart and mature, but now, when i am 23 i just laugh from it. i was really like a child who wants to be a grown-up.(i’m not saying that everyone is like that!!!)
but even i’m older, i look younger, than i was at 19. maybe its not about appearance, but being youthful and cheerful, can confuse others. then people dont see your wrinkles and its not like i act like a child, just being serious dont make you happy. i am 3 years older than my friends from college, and they could not believe that i am older, and have a child:) because i never talk about nappies and food making or smth like that, i never step out with untidy clothes or messy hair…many people think being older and being mother makes you look smth like britney spears .
hehehe imagine being 30 looking back on 23
Great dress – the shape of it is great on her very petite frame. The only criticism I have of the dress is the ruffles on the shoulders – it makes her look more v-shaped.
I also love her hair – it’s a very well executed two-tone, sometimes it can look too unnatural – but this is nice and subtle.
I’m on the fence about the ombree effect on hair, but i agree with you, it looks nice here.
well, she’s a pear so that effect is on purpose
Love everything about these pictures – makeup, hair, dress, smile. I’m 28 and last year was mistaken for a student when I went to a high school for my grad school clinical work. I could have taken offense, but was flattered.
I don’t think she and I look young. Rather, I think she and I are what late 20s are supposed to look like if you’re happy and healthy!
Why not take it as a compliment? I would lol.
Also there is no way you are supposed to look at any given age, it varies quite considerably.
Some people have baby faces with lots of fullness that can lend to a more youthful look and some have lean faces with defined bone structure than can give a more mature appearance.
Who’s the design???
She looks amazing! I can’t believe she is 30. I love her make-up here… so fresh! To be honest, this looks sheds 10 pounds and 10 years off her usual saddlebag emphasizing jeans and oversized sweater market look.
I really love her hair!
she looks amazing! I wonder how her mom looks?
http://justjared.buzznet.com/2008/05/07/rachel-bilson-mother/
That´s her mum right there.
mom’s been in the sun a lot.
the stupid caption gave me a laugh. “Rachel Bilson spends some bonding time with sex therapist mom Janice Stango at LAX airport”
i love her two-toned hair!
have it myself……. got it last christmas and it looks so good!
hmmm im not usually one to follow trends but i really like that look and i may get it too
She looks stunning I’ve always thought so even when she was in the O.C. She was/is IMO much better looking than Mischa Barton. Rachel clearly knows how to take care of herself and stay healthy.
I love that dress! Rachel is the cutiest thing out there
But I’m not a fan of this two-toned hair style.
I thought it would die down after the summer…wrong. At least hers is subtle–it’s done very well.
her face, skin and hair is gorgeous! such a cutie
she looks great in gray!
She is always cute, because she is so petit/frail and dresses girly all the time. I think she looks her age, it’s odd when people say this girl doesn’t look her age…each one has his/her own genetics.
ah. empirical evidence inviolate
only a 12 year old boy looks like “a 12 year old boy”. site:skinnyvscurvy.com “year-old-boy”
hahaha good one!
extreme genetics?
Inès de la Fressange
She so pretty and cute. Not a huge frills fan though.
she looks so young because she is stick thin and dresses in little girly dresses. Kind of a little weird, but I guess that’s her style. But gosh she is thin.
she looks good. she is pretty and has nice body
but somehow shes a little bit of a bobble head proportion wise. love her style though. not exactly here but love her styel
Gorgeous as usual. In my opinion she can do no wrong.
Always thought she was gorgeous since o.c days. The fact she is 29 is crazy because she looks so young and healthy. Once you’re 18 you are an adult in the real world so just because someone is 18 or 19 doesn’t make them a child or look like a child.
She is perfection imo
I agree! She is gorgeous
She looks so nice here. Love the dress and the hair. She definitely looks around 20 imo. Very cute
very beautiful and very sexy
cute and pretty i want a dress like that. very nice
Work it, work it! She looks amazing.
Her hair is gorgeous, I am getting that style.
Lovely!
I want that dress!
Love, love, love her! She’s so pretty and has great fashion sense!
