No, I really dont think she can pull them off, you need really slim legs to get away with shiny leggings, maybe a V.s model. And I dont like her hair or her attitude.
I don’t think she pulls them off either, not because her legs aren’t slim enough, but because they’re just plain ugly (the leggings, not her legs).

she has definately lost weight since the whole chris drama. she use to be fuller in the thighs. if u look at old pics she definately carried her weight in the thigh area

I am really not sure about the fringe being longer that her forehead…
might look desent worn with dif. shoes. with those, not so much. her hair’s ok, just would wanna see some change, it’s been a while. and since that’s a bit more unique hairstyle, it get’s old much faster than some plain old plain old do. it is kind of a statement, and a statement looses it’s value if you make the same one over and over again.
