Yes, I’m aware that Paris is wearing an evening dress and Kelly’s running errands in the city - but hey, they’re both showing off arms and legs (very different arms and legs, may I add), so we get to compare them pretty easily and efficiently!
Facts are, Paris is skinnier than ever and Kelly has been maintaining her healthy figure for a while now. SO:

Paris Hilton is the clear winner but I’m liking Kelly’s outfit particularly her little headband. Love it.

i can’t adore kelly enough for how good shes loking these days. sure, paris has more of the model shape, but bony figure and ugly face don’t make up for cute and healthy.

Pictures of Kelly wearing skintight clothes indicate that she’s close to an hourglass (she has a small waist, actually), but not quite one, since she lacks the wide hips that define the hourglass and her waist (more precisely, the distance between the bust and hips) isn’t that short.
That’s why I think Kelly is a vase (body type identified by Trinny and Susannah): she distributes weight evenly all over her body and she is a moderate, stretched hourglass (her curves are not as obvious).
Who in the right mind would want Paris Hilton’s flat ass and skinny legs? All Kelly needs is a little makeover and 10 lbs less. Paris needs surgery jaja
kelly looks better, but paris wins hands down…the skinnier the better…although once again kelly looks good.
