Skinny VS Curvy

So we recently saw Jennifer looking like a slim and curvy goddess in a little black dress, making the most out of her pear body shape. Well, that was then. Now, on the other hand, she is making the least out of her pear body shape by choosing the above outfits - OK, not her fault in the second picture, since she was on set - which explains the comfy shoes on a break - though nothing explains the monster sleeves that add unneeded volume.

What’s wrong with the outfit on the left? Well, one of Jen’s highlights is the fact that she’s got a tiny waist - even though nobody would believe it if looking at her in that maternity-like top that ”thanks” to its A shape, also happens to accentuate Jennifer’s A shape (as in pear shape). And when you add big boobs to the equation, you’ve got a balloonish result on a body that could have looked flawless, if the right outfit was chosen.

When it come to Jennifer Garner, one can say that she is pretty… boring - from a weight point of view, that is. No major weight fluctuations (if any), no eating disorder rumours (pretty rare in Hollywood), no tabloid covers on “How Jennifer Lost 30 lbs in 3 Weeks”, no plastic surgery to add/fix curves, no dramatic body shape or body size changes.

So yes, the conclusion is that Jennifer is as normal as it gets. Of course, in her case, normal is synonym with fit, well-proportioned, slender and overall in great shape.

Kelly Brook has one of those body shapes that borrows the best from a slim figure (lean look, no lumps in sight) and the hot spots from a curvy figure (you know, cleavage, round hips). Yeah, lucky, I know. And when you attach all those good features to a tiny waist, you’re pretty close to a slim & curvy perfection. Scarlett Johansson also pops in mind when thinking about this body shape.

What do we have here? Two very curvy ladies (who might be called “chubby” instead of “curvy” by some, but they still qualify), both with voluptuous hips and extra roundness & softness than 95% of Hollywood’s stars.

Now the question is: Who’s hotter? Who rocks her curves? Who makes the most of her curvy body? Who is dressed better for her body shape? Rachael Ray or Jennifer Hudson?

No, I will not even mention the boots. They are pretty.

Not so many updates on Britney’s body these days, except the fact that it seems to favor bright blue and manages to stay a healthy, yet bigger-than-Hollywood’s-ideal weight.

And since we can’t stress it out enough, have to say again that Brit could look so much more admirable and desirable if, for once, she dressed for her body type - in this case, avoid cutting her legs twice, once with the jeans and once with the pretty boots (see? I mean it).
