Sienna Miller has banned herself from eating her favorite treat — chocolate cake.

The British actress, 27, says getting older in Hollywood is a scary prospect and she has already started to get wobbly bits.

“I do stop myself from eating chocolate cake, and I make a joke that I should just stick it on my bum because that’s where it’s going.

“But I will then eat the chocolate cake and then … I have definite insecurities about my body. I’m small but I’m not firm anymore.”

Do you think you’re good-looking?
Well, I’m clearly not ugly.

You’ve only done a couple of movies, so you’re still mostly known as a sex symbol rather than an actress.
It doesn’t bother me. I don’t know why someone would complain about that. That just means that the bar has been set pretty low. People don’t expect me to do anything that’s worth watching. So I can only be an overachiever. I think all women in Hollywood are known as sex symbols. That’s what our purpose is in this business. You’re merchandised, you’re a product. You’re sold and it’s based on sex. But that’s okay. I think women should be empowered by that, not degraded.

And you’ve got a lot of confidence.
I think most people are extremely insecure. As far as girls go, I have a really badass personality. I’m smart and I can be really funny and interesting and I can go toe-to-toe with anybody in a conversation. So I’m not afraid to speak, and I think that’s what people read as this überconfidence. I have a mouth and I’m not afraid to use it.

Women seem to have an issue with you. Do you get that impression?
Sure, for the same reason they didn’t like me in high school. I come across as confident and they assume that means that I think I’m hot s—. And that makes them feel bad about themselves and so they hate me.

Are you missing ribs?
No. [Laughs] I just have a small-ass waist. My waist was 22 inches before we put the corset on, and we got it down to 19. (so you see, she wasn’t kidding)

How did you feel about being sexualized like that when you were 15?
I thought it was awesome. I was going to a Christian high school and I wasn’t a feminist yet. I hadn’t sat back and analyzed society yet. I was 15! I just did what I was told to do.

Athletic & healthy-looking Hayden Panettiere (who barely has ny cellulite) recently did an interview with the online magazine A Girl’s World, where she talked about being a role model with cellulite:

AGW: There is so much pressure on young female stars like yourself to look or be “perfect”. How do you handle that?

Hayden: I can’t tell you how many times I’ve thanked God and my parents for raising me in a place that was so humbling and so outside any of that stuff. I mean I live criticism every day. I’d go walk my dogs and I used to walk them in my PJ’s and now I have to make sure I look half decent or else I’ll get trashed. Or like having cellulite on the back of your legs. ‘I’m sorry, I’m a woman. I don’t know what you want me to tell you’ [we laugh]. ‘I’m sorry. It’s not going to go away. I can’t do anything about it. I apologize if I offended you’.

AGW: Cellulite, the equal opportunity curse! But, you seem to be surviving the pressure…

Hayden: I think I came into it when Paris and Lindsay and all these girls were at their height of what they were doing and I would say it’s guilty by association. If you are a young female in Hollywood, you are guilty of everything that people say. People feel that they have a right to judge you and they haven’t even had a conversation with you and it’s scary. I have a body that girls can look at and go, ‘oh she’s not anorexically skinny. She looks healthy and she’s got cellulite, yeah!’

AGW: (by now we’re thinking about our own cellulite. Thank God we’re wearing long pants). Does this “role model” label drive you nuts then?

Hayden: I think the only problem with attempting to be a role model is the fact that you just want to go, ‘okay, I’ll be a role model for you. I’d love to, but don’t expect me to be perfect because I’m not and I do screw up and I do make mistakes and I can’t always think of everyone else and what they’re going to say’. Because at the end of the day the only person you can make happy is yourself. No matter whether it’s wrong or right or looks good or looks bad, somebody will hate it. Somebody will.

I know what you’ll say – that Megan’s words in the title don’t exactly go hand in hand with “People Complain I’m Too Beautiful to Get a Part” .

Megan Fox did an interview with Britain’s GQ magazine and she revealed some info about her figure during Jennifer’s Body (yes, again).

“Really my only job is to look attractive. I was so angry about that, that I went in the opposite direction. I turned into a really butch bull dyke for, like, six months… Then I went in the other direction. From being a giant motorcycle-riding lesbian, I turned into a zombie. I lost, like, 30 pounds.”

“I was like, ‘I’m losing weight for the movie’. I was telling myself I was being method (method acting), which was so outrageous and ridiculous and not true.

“But I ended up getting sick and my hair started falling out and I was like, ‘Oh f**k. I can’t do this’… You lose too much weight, you’re not getting your vitamins, you get sick. I was really skinny. I was depressed.”

 She puts in the work. To get a tour-worthy body–one that can handle singing and dancing at the same time–the star works out five days a week with her trainer. Those workouts include 100 squats, step-ups and walking lunges (each!).

She makes it fun. An upper body workout can get boring with all those repetitions, so Knowles added her own twist. “I’ll put on a song that I really like and do [biceps curls with] 5-pound weights the whole song,” she told us. Or, using 3-pound weights, she’ll box for the length of one track.

She knows how to motivate herself. What’s the point of running, if you’re not running towards something? Knowles keeps a painting of an Oscar at the gym, so she’s literally running towards her next goal. “I look at it, and I’m like OK, I have to stay in shape,” she admits.

She’s consistent. From the beginning of rehearsals on January 19 to the start of her tour on March 26, Knowles practiced her choreography for nine hours a day, seven days a week–while wearing 5-inch stilettos. Think it’s tough to make it through the workday? That’s 603 hours in heels! The star admits, “When I come home and take them off, I’m like, “Oh, my God! I wish I could just chop my feet off!”

She understands the importance of confidence. Transforming into Sasha Fierce is more than putting on a teeny-tiny costume and sky-high heels. To become her alter ego, Knowles rehearses her sexy walk. “It’s about self-esteem,” she instructs. “It’s in the hips. Lean back, stretch your neck, keep your shoulders low, point your toes and cross one foot in front of the other.” Anyone can do it!

“To me, it’s sexier when it doesn’t look like you go to the gym. If you look like you’ve been spending a lot of time in the gym, then it just looks like you spend a lot of time in the gym. (laughs) So I never want to get to that point where it’s not natural. I think it’s important to feel like a woman, as well as look like a woman.”

“When I’m completely overwhelmed and tired, comfort food helps. I’ll want to have some ice cream. Or when the tour is behind, I’m like, I just want some Krispy Kremes! [Because] there’s too much good food out there to never indulge. When I’m off, I feel like I’ve earned [the right] to eat what I want, and I give myself a certain amount of time.”

Vogue’s Anna Wintour recently did a “60 Minutes” interview – the video is already on the web and it has some weight-related highlights (or lowlights):

1. Anna told Oprah to lose weight (more precisely, around 20 lbs) for the Vogue cover she did in October 1998. Here’s the cover and the exact quote:

“It was a very gentle suggestion,” she said, laughing. “I went to Chicago to visit Oprah, and I suggested that it might be an idea that she lose a little bit of weight.”

“I said simply that you might feel more comfortable. She was a trooper!”

“She totally welcomed the idea, and she went on a very stringent diet,” Wintour said. “And it was one of our most successful covers ever.”

2. Anna said that she recently visited Minnesota and this was her impression:

“I’d just been on a trip to Minnesota, where I can only kindly describe most of the people I saw as little houses,” Wintour said. “There’s such an epidemic of obesity in the United States, and for some reason, everybody focuses on anorexia.”

OK, what do you have to say about all these?

Believe it or not, Miley’s figure was criticized on Twitter and the word “fat” was part of the description. Not only is that totally absurd, but it’s also totally wrong to say that to a 16 year-old. How did Miley respond? Here’s what The Daily Mail says:

Miley Cyrus has hit the beach looking every inch the Hollywood star she has become at the tender age of 16. The Hannah Montana star is in the Bahamas soaking up the sun for a relaxing family holiday.

Pictured in a mix and match bikini set she is spotted at one point climbing on an inflatable banana boat for a high speed thrill. But her idyllic break was rudely interrupted when she was attacked via her Twitter page after she left a post commenting on her thighs.

The singer turned actress joked that she should give up eating sugary food at night after spotting her ‘jiggling thighs’.

But she hit back at her critics saying she was just a ‘normal girl’.

She wrote: ‘Talk all you want. I have my flaws. I’m a normal girl (sic) there’s things about my body I would change but stop with calling me f*t in post.’

‘I don’t even like the word. Those remarks that you hateful people use are fighting words. The ones that scar people and cause them to do damage to themselves or others.’

‘People that are so okay with being so hateful disgust me and need to spend last time on a gossip website and more time a. reading your bible b. reading stories/articles about what happens when cyber abuse and name calling happens. Kids hurt themselves.’

‘This is not something to be taken lightly. I know these ‘message boards’ are ‘no big deal’ to YOU but (it) is to the victim. This has got to stop!’

And in keeping with her sense of humour, Cyrus, who was recently in Britain added: ‘oh and ps if [your] thighs don’t jiggle go see a doctor. thanks’

The ‘Incredible Hulk’ actress claims the only way she can stick to a keep-fit regime is by making exercise enjoyable, adding using a plastic hoop to tone her tummy is her current favourite.

She said: “I recently got a hula hoop and I’ve been living in Los Angeles. I put my favourite song on and stand outside and hula hoop in every direction until the song is over and I’m all out of breath. It’s really fun.”

The 31-year-old actress – who has four-year-old son Milo with her estranged husband, musician Royston Langdon – is determined not to become obsessed with maintaining her toned physique, explaining she tries to focus on the things she likes about her body.

She explained to Britain’s The Sunday Times Style magazine: “All you can do really is try your best and accept yourself. I’ll always have a more round stomach, but thank God I have thin ankles.”

OK!: How do you feel about your current weight?

I feel great at this weight, but I’ve started sticking to a diet again. I’m trying hard to get down even more. You need to keep to the old-school bodybuilder diet of eggs, fish, chicken, meat and broccoli. I want to always look healthy, not anorexic.

OK!: Do you feel comfortable in a bikini?

I do. I love my body. Thick or not, I’m firm. I don’t have cellulite. I’m happy with how I am. People should know, I’m only doing the diet for the entertainment business. It’s not really what you’re supposed to look like in real life.

Cole said she tended to lose weight when she was touring.

She said: “I challenge anyone to do the ridiculous amount of dancing and exercise we do day in day out and not lose weight and tone up.

“But I don’t like the thin look. I love curves. I hate the fact I have no bum. I get called flatty batty.”

Cole added: “In an ideal world I’d have smaller boobs.

She continued: “I’m a 32D which is ridiculous for my size and boobs are hard to dress. I hate looking booby. You can look really cheap very quickly.

“I’d love to have more junk in me trunk. Ideally, a body like Jennifer Lopez. But I’d dress differently to her.

“I’d dress like I do now. I’m happy with my style and I’m totally in love with fashion because I’ve learnt by making every mistake in the book.”
