No no, I’m not referring to their bodies, but to their fitted, respectively puffy white dresses.

Which type of dress do you find more flattering?

The fitted dresses define your figure nicely, but they can reveal any minor flaws (lumps, bellies, bumps, rolls). Lucky Kate, she’s flaws-free.

The puffy dresses can make you look… a little puffy, but they can also hide all the imperfections (lumps, bellies, bumps, rolls) successfully.

Let the Emmy posts begin! Yes, this will be a day when you’ll get to see lots of actresses in long and pretty dresses, with their full makeup on and fancy hairstyles.

First stop: Jennifer Love Hewitt and Hayden Panettiere who shared the stage for a little while. Now before you make your decision, let’s take these into account:

1. Jennifer’s new, caramel-like hair with bangs - Wow or Eww?

2. Smart dress on Jennifer, tiny waist as always, nicely lined to create a “longer effect”.

Looking at this picture I can’t help but admire the fact that Rihanna, a true pear shape, is totally pulling off skinny jeans (considering that experts usually place skinny jeans on top of the “What Bottom Heavy Girls Showed Never Wear” list).

Well, Rihanna showed them all and went for skin-tight grey jeans and silver heels, plus a cute little sweater - oh, and lots of attitude to go with the outfit!

Dear Jennifer,

1. You’ve got the boobs.

2. You’ve got the waist.

3. You’ve got the hips.

Question: Why wear such a puffy dress that hides them all?

In case you still don’t believe me when I say that this is so not the dress for Jennifer, take a look at J’s amazing potential in the right dress!

We all know that Jessica is carrying plenty of her weight in her cleavage. And previous pictures showed us that whenever Jess gives up a little on her diet, the weight also goes to her face, arms and all around the upper half. Considering these, we’d say that Jess is a true V shape or a top heavy shape.

What’s pretty strange is that while Jess does, indeed, look top heavy from the side view (with very ample boobs, not the tiniest waist and less rounded butt) she looks pretty close to a perfect hourglass from the front, with the same consistent boobs plus a set of round hips. (more…)
