Skinny VS Curvy

You might remember the times when Mischa Barton looked like this:

We’ve been hoping (some even praying) that Mischa would hire a stylist and start being her gorgeous self again, thus wearing clothes that compliment her body type and shape. Well, it looks like the wonder has finally happened, since Mischa was spotted looking like this:

I’m pretty sure that we are not dealing with a major weight loss and that the upgrade is all thanks to the much smarter outfit. Yaay!

Isn’t Jennifer looking like a little ballerina here? Well, a little ballerina that got bored of the immaculate white ballerina dresses and went for the opposite color instead. But the rest, as in the hair pulled in the back, the position, the open “T” cleavage and fluffy bottom of the dress all say the same thing.

The only thing that I’d to to Jennifer in this picture is… I’d let her long, wavy, full hair down on her shoulders. Why? Jennifer is definitely known for her bottom heavy figure and since she decided to go for a fluffy dress and exposed her legs, the voluminous hair would definitely balance her proportions.

Ashley and Salma definitely don’t share the same age prefix, nor the same clothing style, not to mention that they’ve got pretty different body types. But on these occasions, they went for pretty similar outfits, as in midi grey skirts and white tops. OK, Ashley’s is a bit more trendy than Salma, who went for a rather classic look (excluding the electric blue bag), but it still counts.

Which of these ladies wears this outfit better? Slim Ashley Tisdale or curvy Salma Hayek?

I’m really not gonna say that Nelly could stand to lose of few, as I’m pretty sure that she’s at a healthy weight that presupposes eating on regular basis (unlike some), but I will say that she could benefit from choosing better outfits for her body type.

Outfits like what? Like a knee-length dress for starters, since she appears to define the pear body shape and carries her weight on her legs. Good points for choosing bright colors on her (smaller) top and slimming black on her (thicker) bottom.

What are your thoughts?

Alicia Keys is in the air… and we mean it literally. In fact, the flowing effect is sure making Alicia look like she’s as light as a feather, even though her thighs represent a curvy, voluptuous woman that, besides having curvy thighs, also has a pretty slim waist - and we can observe them all thanks to the tight and high-waisted pants.

And since we mentioned the pants - not that Alicia’s is not looking fab, but there might be better and even “fabber” choices of pants for a pear shaped girl - like something not as tights on the lower legs.
