Diet Pill Company Offers Gabourey Sidibe Their Products | general

After last week, Howard Stern criticized (mocked) Gabourey’s weight, this week, a diet pill company made an offer to Gabourey – let’s hear the details via PopEater:

There has been a big debate about whether Gabourey Sidibe’s weight will hamper her future career, despite her recent Oscar nomination.

Now, one weight loss company has written a letter to the ‘Precious’ star, telling her she needs to worry about her health — not her image, TMZ reports.

AssaiSupply.com has offered the actress a one-year’s supply of their product to help her lose weight.

“The only way you can reach your goal of someday winning that Oscar is by being active, fit and most of all, healthy!” the CEO wrote to Sidibe.

The young star has been the focus of much scrutiny regarding her size.

Howard Stern was recently criticized for lashing out about Sibide weight on his radio show. “There’s the most enormous, fat black chick I’ve ever seen. She is enormous. Everyone’s pretending she’s a part of show business and she’s never going to be in another movie.”

Others, including PopEater’s own Rob Shuter, have been kinder when discussing her present opportunities, yet still believe she’ll have hard time getting cast.

“The type of role this girl wants is going to be very hard for her to get,” Shuter told Joy Behar.

As for PopEater readers, 63 percent of over 15K voters don’t think she has a future in Hollywood.

Jessica Simpson Talks Diet | jessica simpson

Jessica Simpson is everywhere these days promoting her new TV show that regards Beauty and its many interpretations – so it makes sense that she’s sharing a lot about her curves, weight and diet… here’s today’s quote from Jessica (source: Us Magazine):

“I got curves!” The Price of Beauty star, 29, tells E! News. “I can’t get rid of them. There ain’t no getting rid of them. At this point, I just celebrate them. I’m a healthy girl. I work out. I box. I try to eat right. I still like my corn dogs, my burgers and my onion rings. I can’t help it. Just as long as I feel good about myself and if I feel healthy, I feel beautiful.”

“Growing up in Texas for me, fish was a fish stick. We weren’t really the healthiest of people. [My mom] didn’t force me to eat healthy. She did have an opinion on what I was wearing. But my mom has always made me feel confident.”

Nadine Coyle’s Weight – Then and Now

Nadine Coyles Weight Then and Now | then and now

Left: Girls Aloud’s Nadine Coyle in 2003 (then aged 18), right after joining the group.

Right: Nadine these days (now 24).

It’s pretty hard to tell it’s the same girl, especially since she her face’s lost its roundness. Nadine’s been getting a lot of press these days – and the main point of focus are her very thin legs. A while back, she had this to share about her long limbs:

‘I’d look at them sometimes and want to throw up. They’re like tooth picks. ‘I don’t have the same hang-ups about them now. But I still don’t think they’re great.’

Attempting to put an end to the ED-related rumors, Nadine’s manager had this to say:

‘She’s probably in the best shape she’s ever been in spiritually, mentally, physically. She’s never been better.’

Hmm… Remember that story that said that Nadine is weighing her food on a scale (and sending half of it back) when dining out at restaurants? Click here to read it!

Amanda Seyfried Poses in Minimal Outfits... and Shares Her Diet | general

“I’m on a raw-food diet,” she declares, raising her brows to make her eyes even bigger. “It’s intense. And sort of awful. Yesterday for lunch? Spinach. Just spinach. Spinach and some seeds.”

… says Amanda (24) in Esquire Magazine, where she poses prettily for the camera in lingerie.

I wonder why she feels the need to be on such a strict “awful” diet?

Tyra Banks Selects the “Fiercely Real” Model: Size 14 Sheridan Watson

Tyra Banks Selects the Fiercely Real Model: Size 14 Sheridan Watson | hot models

A while back, Tyra Banks started searching for a “fiercely real” plus-size teen model – find out more about the initiative HERE!

Tyra just selected the winner of the competition – but first, let’s hear Tyra’s thoughts about the concept:

The term “Plus-sized” models sounds super old fashioned… so I’m changing the term “Plus-sized” into “Fiercely Real”! The average size of a woman in America is a size 14. Our new winner, Sheridan, now represents for all the real sized women who have been ignored by the media. As you know, the mission of my B.I.O. (Beauty Inside & Out) campaign is to expand the definition of beauty. The Fiercely Real Model Search is one way that I’m doing just that. Hundreds of thousands of teen girls sent in their best model pictures to Tyra.com, but only 6 finalists made it. After competing in 5 challenges, Sheridan, the 17 year old, size 14, fierce teen from New Jersey came out on top.

Let’s meet the winner Sheridan Watson – via Vogue Curvy:

Sheridan Watson, 17, loads of chocolate-colored curves perfectly distributed over 5ft.10in. may convert legions of American women to the religion of wellness and common sense. “You have to learn how to eat healthily – she states  – if you want to  get thinner it is equally dangerous to fast and to gulp down junk food until you explode. And it is important to exercise regularly”. At this point we can’t help but ask her how did she reach size 14 since she swears she’d rather eat yoghurt than ice-cream and tells us she takes a 30-minute walk every single day. “I owe my figure to my genes – she claims – my mother is as curvy as I am, and in any case I try to be careful: I don’t want to be too fat, obesity is a real disease”.
