The details come from Us Magazine:
Kirstie Alley has launched her own weight-loss system and site, organicliaison.com, which features vitamin-packed elixirs to help people slim down.
The actress, 59, has dropped 20 pounds since January on her program, she tells UsMagazine.com in a statement.
“My two biggest hurdles in weight loss and maintenance are cravings and too big of an appetite,” she said. “I wanted my line to obliterate these hurdles. For me, it has!”
The program features three elixirs: “Rescue Me,” which controls cravings, “Release Me,” which helps ease stress and promotes cardiovascular health and “Nightingale,” which enhances sleep and helps curb carbohydrate cravings. Followers also follow a healthy, organic food diet plan and online tools to drop pounds.
Looking forward to seeing the final results!

“When it’s all like ‘curvy Kimberley’ it could go either way, you could start thinking, are they saying fat? But luckily I’m glad I look the way I do. I’ve always been like that so it’s not exactly a surprise to me!”
How does Kimberley stay in shape?
“If I’m keeping an eye on things I’ll have cereal for breakfast, a salad for lunch with chicken or tuna, and then at night something like fish and broccoli – no carbs.”
“I also have a friend who trains me, otherwise I wouldn’t do it. I used to go to a gym but people would come up when I was running and I’d be like, ‘I can’t physically speak at the moment’.”
… says Girls Aloud’s Kimberley.

… chocolate!
“The amount of chocolate I have eaten in the last two weeks is ridiculous. It’s kind of counterproductive to fitting into the tiny dress for the Oscars but I can’t help it.”
… says Sandra.

46 year-old beauty Vanessa Williams talked to Shape Magazine and revealed the things she does to look so fabulous. Let’s take a look!
Q: How do you stay in such great shape?
A: I work out with a great trainer in New York, Sal Gaglio. I try to weight train at least once or twice a week. I hit the treadmill if I’m not training. I’ll do yoga when I have the time. Also, I do a lot of salsa dancing. That’s a great way to stay in shape and be social. I would definitely recommend salsa for anyone who wants to hang out with friends, have a ball, and lose weight.
Q: What’s your best tip for healthy living?
A: Go fresh. Try to steer away from anything that’s pre-packaged, canned or processed. I crave chocolate and sometimes I indulge. But I listen to that little voice when it says stop because you’ll see it in a few days and you’ll have to do more work to get it off.
Q: Any beauty secrets you can share?
A: It’s no secret that I receive BOTOX® Cosmetic treatments to reduce the appearance of the two frown lines between my brows that look like an 11 and give me a tired or stressed appearance. My new obsession is this treatment I’ve been getting from The Goddess Repair Shop. It uses micro-currents to firm, detoxify, and metabolize fat. It’s just an amazing machine.

Here’s the scoop from Daily Mail:
‘I went on a detox at the end of summer last year and basically ate vegetables and nothing processed.
‘I didn’t drink anything but water for a month! I usually drink lots of water anyway, so it wasn’t a crazy, dramatic change to my lifestyle, but I just really wanted to try it and see how I felt.
‘And after being in the studio a while, I started doing shows and getting more active. I only did the detox for a little while, but it must have kick-started something in me because everyone keeps saying: “Wow, you’ve lost weight!” and I’m like: “Cool!”
‘No one’s ever said, “You need to work out more.” I put pressure on myself to stay healthy and I do want to look good, but I like to eat and I don’t like to starve myself!’
‘I love chocolate, it was so hard for me! But I thought, “It’s only a few weeks. You can have it, but it’ll make you fat! So do you want that or to be healthy and feel great?”‘
On another note, how are we liking this outfit on her?
