Girls Aloud hottie Kimberley Walsh (28) showed up at the launch of New Look’s new flagship store in London yesterday and she looked great in a figure-hugging dress.
Kimberley has something to say about maintaining her figure:
‘I eat healthily and in moderation. I’d put on weight easily if I wasn’t in a group doing dancing and stuff.
‘I’m not one of the lucky ones who can eat what they want.
‘I think I’m quite normal – not thin, not fat – and my stomach’s OK because I used to dance loads.’
“I wish I had known more about nutrition and exercise and how really good it could affect you at a younger age. Then I would have kicked it up a lot sooner,” says the Jenny Craig spokesperson, who has kept off the 20-plus pounds she shed using the weight-loss program for almost three years.
Nutrition is key: I don’t really diet. I kind of keep everything in moderation, exercise and eat right.
I eat a lot of vegetables and lean meats, and I drink a whole lot of water,” Latifah says, before admitting her weakness: “Mac and cheese…I gotta have it!”
… says Queen Latifah in People Magazine.
P.S.: According to many sources, she is 5′10” and 200 pounds (?).

“I’m not a supermodel. I make the best of what I’ve got. I work out to look the best that I can, but I’m no Gisele.”
On what she eats
“I’m a very, very healthy eater. I eat lots of fish, lots of vegetables, lots of fruit. I don’t eat junk food. I work out.”
On wearing high heels
“Absolutely [heels make my feet] hurt. Absolutely! I’m not going to lie. But no pain, no gain, as they say. I don’t mind. I will suffer. I don’t wear heels every day, but when I’m out, that’s how I feel confident.”
“I am a big eater, but I do watch what I eat. I love to cook and just love Mexican food. It’s my weakness and any red meat, I just love it. So I’d say Mexican food is my secret indulgence. I also love New York pizza and I just love Indian cuisine – the spicier the better.”
On staying in shape:
“It’s mostly weight training or kick boxing. I have this amazing high for adrenaline. It agrees with me. Your body is a vehicle and you have to take care of that vehicle.”
