July 18, 2008 in Mandy Moore, Wow or Eww? by Versus

I’m not sure whether Mandy deliberately went for this “cool geek” look that is “in” this year, or she simply pulled it off naturally and effortlessly. From the unusual length of the jeans to the Avril-like scarf and geeky glasses, I’d say she pulls it off surprisingly well for the girlie girl that she usually is.

July 17, 2008 in Victoria Beckham by Versus

Victoria Beckham was recently quoted saying that she thinks she looks “ordinary”. Now there are two stories here. Firstly, in case she was referring to her face, then I couldn’t exactly argue, since she’s not precisely strikingly stunning.
Now her body, on the other hand, it’s another story and that story is not ordinary at all. Why? Well, from the ball-like boobs to her underweight figure and from her intense tan to her uber-stylish appearance that doesn’t seem to have an off button, there’s nothing “ordinary” there.
Say your thoughts!

July 8, 2008 in Leighton Meester by Versus

Here is Leighton Meester on set (which explains the innovative outfit), showing off her legs that stir almost as much admiration as Blake Lively’s. And when you’re wearing flats and you’re not tanned, yet still look like you’ve got great and slim legs, then you can be sure that they are one of your best features.

July 8, 2008 in 1 Girl 2 Outfits, Body Type and Clothes, Hollywood Moms, Jennifer Lopez by Versus

Jennifer knows precisely how to dress for her new body that slightly differs from her pre-pregnancy fit figure:
1. Jennifer knows just how short the dress can be in order to hide the back thigh cellulite (that appears in the bikini pictures).
2. Jennifer knows that one of the most efficient ways to camouflage any negative post-pregnancy effects on her body is to flaunt the positive effects instead, such as: full cleavage.
3. Jennifer also knows that dresses with a high waist and delicately pleated just above the stomach can perfectly hide all possible love handles or any new mommy flab.
4. Jennifer knows that a thick belt displayed on the right spot does a great job in hiding a small post-baby belly.

June 28, 2008 in 1 Girl 2 Outfits, Mary-Kate Olsen by Versus

Wow, definitely looking better than here, especially since the old-lady posture and messy hair are gone. OK, the hair is not exactly perfect on the right, but it is definitely improved on the left. And so is the smile! At first we got all exited when Ashley started to trade the duck lips for smiling, so we should definitely applaud Mary-Kate for doing the same thing.
Even more improvement: remember the time Mary-Kate was wearing long and loose shirts or tops without… umm, pants on? Those days are ended and the mini dress days began, like the ones she wore this week.
