Skinny VS Curvy

 

After taking a long look at these amazing pictures, I think I finally made up my mind: Doutzen is my favorite Victoria’s Secret model!

All VS models are great (duh!), but:

1. Doutzen has this healthy, dynamic, athletic vibe to her, she looks like the poster child for a healthy, active lifestyle (she’s perfect for this collection!).

and

2. She is proof that MODELS DON’T NEED TO BE SUPER SKINNY, that girls don’t NEED to be super skinny… when they’re not naturally so.

3. She looks seriously flawless.

Here’s Michelle Trachtenberg on the blue carpet, looking lovely in a navy dress & black tights. Michelle doesn’t have the skinniest legs or arms, but she has a really small waist and torso, then some curvy hips and shapely thighs - quite an interesting body shape!

Plus points: Her skin is immaculate and glowing and she’s soft & feminine!

Monday treat: we get to see Lauren Conrad… almost in a bikini, “almost” because for whatever reason (probably called “paparazzi”), Lauren decided to keep her shorts on.

I like her figure – it looks slim, healthy and attainable (and maintainable). You know, Lauren looks like a pear shape when she’s wearing the usually unflattering combo skinny jeans & flats – but honestly, she looks more like an hourglass here, as her shoulders seem to be about the same size as her hips and she’s got a small, defined waist.

Here’s young and healthy-looking Hayden Panettiere in the shortest shorts, both from the front and from the back. I’ll say that she’s looking really good (especially in such a tiny item + flats)!
