Heidi Klum isn’t concerned about packing on major pounds with her fourth pregnancy.

“Certain things you get used to,” Klum told Usmagazine.com Sunday at the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation’s “A Time For Heroes” celebrity carnival. “You get used to all the changes of your body. It’s not like I’m going, ‘Oh my God!’ I’m used to that part of it.”

Klum says her children — Leni, 5, Henry, 3, and Johan, 2 — have already noticed the changes in her body. “They get it,” said Klum, who renewed her vows with husband Seal in May on the Malibu shore. “They always rub my tummy. “If I had a dress on, Leni would literally go all the way down under my dress to rub my tummy. And I go, ‘My underwear is showing, thank you very much!’”

Added Klum (who is expecting a baby girl): “You feel like a Buddha!” As for getting back her post-baby bod, she’s not concerned. “I’m not worried,” said Klum, who famously sported a bikini at a 2005 Victoria’s Secret fashion show two months after welcoming son Henry. “”

You might not know who Claudine Keane is. Well, she’s married to footballer Robbie Keane, she’s a former Miss Ireland contestant, she’s 25 and she’s a brand new mom.

And when I say “in no time” in the title, I mean “13 days”. Really, check out Claudine before her pregnancy on the left and on the right, Claudine 13 days after giving birth.

OK, I know, those dresses that are slightly puffy from the waist can camouflage any potential belly quite efficiently, but still, Claudine takes the cliché “Celebrity lose the baby weight super fast” to another level.

What’s Rebecca Romijn’s body-after-babies diet secret? Breastfeeding.

“It’s like you have to eat 5,000 extra calories a day or you can’t produce enough food for them. So, that’s been fun as well,” the actress tells Extra.

Romijn, 36, has lost nearly 60 lbs. of pregnancy weight since giving birth to twins Charlie and Dolly four months ago – all without exercising.

“I think within the first three weeks, I took off like 35 lbs. without doing anything!” says says. “I haven’t been able to work out that much because I have twins. It’s impossible to get back into a regular schedule.”

But she does acknowledge, “I’m not pretending to be back to the shape I was in beforehand anyway. I still have a ways to go. We’ve got Spanx underneath almost everything.”
