Skinny VS Curvy

What do we have here? 2 brunettes in their early 20’s (22 and 20, respectively) in their golden / peach dresses at the Golden Globes last night!

Megan’s going for a sexier look (pretty much like always) while showing off her thin hourglass shape in a tight dress and Vanessa’s got a sweeter approach and showing less cleavage.

I don’t know why Kelly is posing sexily and I don’t know whether it’s for a magazine or for an ad and I don’t even know whether Photoshop was a little involved or not - the point is that she’s in a bikini (in a tiny, tiny one, in fact), so we can all inspect her figure!

So, here’s my inspection:

Leaving aside the facts that…

1. The bra is too small and too squishy (and, therefore, creates a fake-boobs-effect on a pair of real boobs)

and

2. The chest bones aren’t very aesthetic, especially the ones in the first picture

…Kelly looks amazing! Thin & curvy at the same time!

Here’s Sophia Bush in 2 different pairs of jeans: a classic cut, slightly loose pair on the left and skinny jeans on the right.

Sophia is a slim hourglass, with round hips (not dramatically wide hips though) – and usually, hourglasses look perfect in flared jeans (like JLo is wearing HERE) or in jeans with straight legs.

Sophia obviously looks great in both jeans, but: The jeans on the left – would look ideal if they were not rolled, since rolling them can optically shorten the legs (due to the color difference). The jeans on the right would look great if paired with a blazer that accentuated Sophia’s small waist (she’s got a lot of volume on top right now compared to the volume-less bottom half).
