On her insecurities and her fluctuating weight:
‘Every day we’re shown images about the perfect body and what it should be – but we just have the ones that we live in. I think feeling insecure can be completely crippling. I have had times in my life when I have been unable to get out of bed because I have felt so insecure. But I think the most important lesson I’ve learned is that you have only one body, so you might as well enjoy it. My weight yo-yos so much. It always has. I am now a bit trimmer because I’ve been dancing four hours a day.’

On her weight:
People do comment a lot. I do say ‘yeah, I am thin.’ I mean, I have a brand called Skinnygirl, so it’s not a big giant mystery. You can’t please everybody. You try to please everybody, you end up pleasing nobody. Sometimes I do agree that I look too thin, especially when I’m tired, especially when I’m haggard. I do eat. There are nutritionists that comment that I don’t even weigh a hundred pounds. I weigh 115 pounds. I’ll be happy to get on the Today show scale.
On how only skinny people are picked on:
People don’t talk about people that are overweight. If someone thought you were overweight imagine being like ‘wow, that person looks really overweight’ and keep talking about it, that wouldn’t be nice. But that’s not something I’m going to complain about.

39 year-old Milla Jovovich is currently 7 months with her second child – and this week, the beauty wrote a post on her Facebook page about her pregnancy weight gain and keeping healthy:
So the countdown to our new baby begins, we only have ten weeks to go! It’s so exciting, but at the same time daunting! lol! I’m hoping our experience with our first, Ever Gabo, has us prepared.
I’ve gained all the baby weight I need to have a healthy pregnancy -30 lbs.- and as of last week, I’ve started having to be really careful about my lifestyle so I don’t continue to gain unnecessarily; which is not healthy for me OR my newborn.
I’m really proud of myself for not gaining the same amount of weight that I did with our first child (75 lbs.) because I have to be ready to start filming “Resident Evil- The Final Chapter” in August of this year and I will also be nursing an infant simultaneously (get ready wardrobe department for Alice’s new “easy mama access” costume;)) so I don’t want to be on any extreme diets to get ready to go back to “action hero” mode!
Saying that, I’ve started taking long walks to keep my metabolism in high gear and working on a game plan with my trainer, Harley Pasternak to come up with the ideal daily diet for me.
Just so you understand, when I say diet, I’m not talking about losing weight, I’m talking about what I’m eating on a daily basis. I don’t want to lose ANY weight right now, because at 170 lbs. I’m at a perfect pregnancy weight for my height and build. I want to maintain where I’m at; my ideal being 175 all together (with a total of 35 lbs. gained over all through out my pregnancy).
I also want to be the healthiest I can to ensure the easiest delivery and no stress post birth when I have to establish a nursing routine, as well as, slowly getting myself and my family ready to move halfway across the world to make a big action movie with a lot of stunt work! Phew!

There’s a lot of controversy this week surrounding Biggest Loser winner Rachel Frederickson (24), who managed to lose weight from 260 lbs to 105 lbs during and after the show. Here are all the details from People:
At The Biggest Loser finale, Rachel Frederickson stood proudly on the scale to show off her 155 lb.-weight loss. But rather than be a cause for celebration, Frederickson, 24, and her transformation has sparked concern that the 5’4″ contestant may have taken her weight loss too far. Frederickson started the show at 260 lbs. and, as a finalist, left the ranch weighing 150 lbs. to work on losing weight at home on her own. By the finale about three months later she had shed another 45 lbs. and weighed in at 105 lbs. to a size 0/2.
“I just love myself and I am embracing it,” Frederickson told PEOPLE on Tuesday night, seemingly unaware of the concern over her appearance.
In a statement, NBC and show production company Shine America said, “We support Rachel and all of The Biggest Loser contestants who have shared their journeys over the past 15 seasons. We remain committed to helping contestants achieve healthy weight loss and live healthier lifestyles, and to inspiring viewers to do the same.”
The show’s trainers – Jillian Michaels, Bob Harper and Dolvett Quince – are remaining mum about their reactions to the finale.
