Heidi Klum Talks About Her Post Baby Figure | heidi klum

From Us Weekly:

Heidi Klum may have debuted an impressive post-baby body when she walked the runway five weeks after giving birth to daughter Lou, but she admits she’s still bouncing back.

“You don’t walk out of the hospital and get right back into your 27s,” she tells the February issue of InStyle.

The 36-year-old model, who admits that she’s still sporting her belly-panel maternity pants, is in no hurry to move past the perks of pregnancy.

“Everything is about love when you’re pregnant,” she says. “The baby’s being loved by you, the baby’s being loved by your husband [Seal], by the grandparents, by your children. And you’re being loved by everyone: ‘Can I do this for you? What can I get you? Do you want some M&Ms?’”

Heidi Montag Gets 10 Plastic Surgeries, Emmy Rossum Has Something to Say

Heidi Montag Gets 10 Plastic Surgeries, Emmy Rossum Has Something to Say | heidi montag

People Magazine has this cover that features a brand new and 95% plastic Heidi Montag – the news is that she just got 10 more plastic surgeries in 1 day. That’s right.

Not only does she manage to look older, less beautiful, unnatural and plastic, but she also promotes these procedures and obliviously admits “I’m Beyond Obsessed!” and says that she went the plastic route in order to become “The Best Heidi”. No Heidi, this is not the best you, this is just the Barbiefied, fake version of a formerly pretty, natural girl who didn’t need any of this. From People:

At just 23 years old, The Hills star Heidi Montag decided to go under the knife for a second time and have a staggering 10 plastic-surgery procedures in one day.

“For the past three years, I’ve thought about what to have done,” the reality star tells PEOPLE. “I’m beyond obsessed.”

And so, on Nov. 20, Montag’s total transformation began. Keeping even her family in the dark, the starlet chronicled every painful moment of recovery and her journey to become “the best me.”

To find out what surgeries Heidi underwent and what husband Spencer Pratt thinks of her new look, pick up the latest issue of PEOPLE, on newsstands now.

And now some good news: Heidi came up with her plastic story now because she is launching a new album (no, that’s not the good news, that’s just Hollywood’s marketing mechanism). Her initiative didn’t remain unnoticed by fellow Hollywood celebs and actress Emmy Rossum (who seems smart and well-grounded, that’s the good news) had something to say about it:

It upsets me to see young women in the spotlight advocating plastic surgery. ANY surgery is extremely dangerous&should not be taken lightly,..much less, used as a tool to increase notoriety or popularity.

By putting this on magazine covers, we are somehow legitimizing the dangerous lengths to which some will go for fame and “beauty”

There are so many REAL ISSUES in this world that NEED attention. Let’s try to take a moment to be grateful we are ALIVE.

Carrie Underwood Talks Body, Diets & Exercise

Carrie Underwood Talks Body, Diets & Exercise | carrie underwood

Interested? Let’s see some of Carrie’s tips! From Self Magazine:

Favorite ab improver: “When I gain weight, it’s in the spare-tire area. I’ve told trainers abs are a physical impossibility for me. And every single time, they’re like, ‘Well, we’ll get you abs!’ So do I have them? No! But they’re as flat as they’re probably going to get. Push-ups work out everything. If you do them right, you’ll feel it in your abs. I do four sets of 10 to 20.”

Workout motivation tricks:

1.) Make exercise accessible. “I have Exercise TV on cable. Jillian Michaels’s videos will kick your butt. She’s my trainer, and she doesn’t even know it!”

2.) Work toward an event. “Everybody has things they want to look nice for: anniversary, birthday, reunion. I’ll think to myself, Oh, that award show is coming up. Or, I have a photo shoot in four days! It’s nice to set goals.”

3.) Revel in success. “I love it when I feel good about myself. I’ll look at a photo and think, My arms look great!–and then I go work out my arms. Once you’re enjoying things about your body, you realize how much you want to keep them that way or make them better.”

“If I eat too much before a show, I just want to sit down. Too little, and I’m starving. So I eat something small, like Quorn, a tasty meat-free protein, and green beans.”
Keep a food diary. Carrie has been tracking her intake for three years! She counts her calories on a regular basis, to see how it all adds up. “Once you realize, it’s like, ‘No wonder I’ve plateaued! No wonder I’ve been gaining weight!’” she says. “Little things really do add up.”

“My food indulgences are pizza, and I love… cheese. I have a big problem controlling myself with the cheese.” Two years later, it looks like she found a way to have her pizza and eat it too! Here’s her recipe favorite formula for a healthy, 250-calorie personal pizza: 1 Flatout wrap with 1/4 cup sauce, 1/2 cup fat-free or 2% cheese and loaded up with veggies.

Jessica Alba Loves Her Stretch Marks, Sagging Boobs and Cellulite

Jessica Alba Loves Her Stretch Marks, Sagging Boobs and Cellulite | jessica alba

Hmm… should we believe her? Let’s hear out the context:

From Self Magazine:

On her post-baby body: “Even though some might consider them a flaw, I’ve learned to love my stretch marks. Pregnancy was the most incredible experience I’ve ever had. So I’ll take the stretch marks. I’ll take the sagging boobs. I’ll take the cellulite I can never get rid of. If you walk around with your head held high and you’re happy and positive, then all that other stuff is irrelevant. Confidence is number one.”

On her anti-diet stance: “Diets are for the birds. I think you have to eat in a way that makes you feel your best. I include a lot of vegetables and lean protein and fruit and grains in my diet. I’m not a big workout person. Every single day, I tell my girlfriends we’re starting a regimen. And then it’s, like, ‘Want to get dinner? Want a glass of wine?’”

Jennifer Love Hewitt Continues the Pear-Ass Story

Jennifer Love Hewitt Continues the Pear Ass Story | jennifer love hewitt

Remember this little story?

Part 1:

“The first time Jamie saw me with nothing on was special and I wanted to look hot. I had all my hair pulled over one shoulder off my back,” she said. “When Jamie saw me, he said, ‘Hey, pear ass!’”

Part 2 is right here (from US Weekly):

Jennifer Love Hewitt — who was famously mocked for looking fuller-figured in a bikini in 2007 — says she almost dumped her boyfriend Jamie Kennedy when he called her “pear ass.”

“We had a rough patch in the beginning because the first time we went on vacation, I was going to be in a bikini, and I was very nervous,” she said Tuesday on the late-night TBS talk show Lopez Tonight.

“I heard him coming down the hall, so I got in the cute bikini position.

“And he goes, ‘Hey, my little pear ass.’ “I said, ‘I’m sorry, what did you say?’”

Hewitt, 30, then explained to Lopez that the remark wasn’t a compliment. “Have you ever seen a pear?” she asked. “It starts thin, it gets fat and it never gets thin again. It’s not cute. It’s not a cute fruit.”

She said they’ve since “worked it out” and now “we’ve embraced the pear.”

Kennedy “didn’t mean” the remark in a mean way, she added. Said Hewitt, “He thought it was a compliment, I think.”

Would you get upset to hear such a fruity comment from your boyfriend / husband?
