Skinny VS Curvy

Eva is definitely thin – even more so, she’s lost some weight since the orange bikini pictures – but tight dresses made of shiny, silk-like fabrics which also happen to be elastic are usually recommended to the (very few) ones that have flat-as-a-board stomachs.

The shiny fabric creates lots of shades even on the smallest bumps – and believe it or not, I’ve seen cases (not celebrities, though) in which this type of dress and fabric (in collaboration with mean, mean lighting) reveal even cellulite.

Hmm… Hilary is experimenting a lot with clothes these days, isn’t she? Click here for yet another “experiment”! And since experiments are debatable, Hilary currently has a subscription at our “Wow or Eww?” category.

About today’s outfit:

1. Even though Hilary is a slim girl, I think that the skirt adds unnecessary (and somewhat unaesthetic) volume on Hilary’s hips.

2. Usually, thick belts – or, in this case, waist corsets – have the role to make the waist look slimmer, but I think we get the opposite here. Why? Because of that shiny central leathery part that looks like a cropped rhombus: a concave shape instead of the convex one would have optically slimmed the middle area.

Eva was wearing a very tight dress at the time which appeard to be made out of an stretchable, shiny fabric – you know what that means: that any rolls you might have (and even the ones you don’t have) might be revealed. (more…)

In a world where Photoshop has become as mandatory as air, this would be Britney’s latest promo for her new album Circus. You can find the cover of the same album HERE.

As for the question in the title… I’m not talking about the body, the body is fine, it looks like it belongs to Britney (minus the greasy / plastic effect on the skin, that is) – I am talking about the face. And the hair. The smile. The features. Do they belong to Britney?

To say it, not to say it, to say it… yeah, I’ll say it: Nicole has looked better. Before you scream and shout, let me mention that weight-wise, body-wise, shape-wise, she’s just right and I’m not spotting any problem.

But maybe some of you will agree that makeup-wise and hairstyle-wise, Nicole has made more jaw-dropping choices in the past.

If I was a tabloid aiming to sell, my title would have sounded like this: “Kate Hudson, Pregnant with Baby Number 2!” But I’m nice and understanding – therefore, I blame it all on a stubborn textile.

Here I was thinking that Kate could pull off an actual sack as a dress – but you see, the stiff fabrics can play tricks even on the skinny ones.

Dear Jessica,

I see that you insist on wearing clothes that do not flatter your shape – either that, or you are very fond of yo-yo-ing and gain and lose loads in a matter of days – I highly doubt that, so I stick with my theory that, in your case (or, more precisely, in your body shape’s case), the clothes you choose are highly relevant.

Why isn’t this outfit perfect? Firstly, you look great in shorts – just not the ones that might reveal your butt when you barely bend. Secondly, gotta work on creating a waist. Therefore, adding layers in the middle area or items that have the potential to look baloonish when associated with your impressive boobs is not recommended.

I mean, I say all these cause you looked so super pretty here. Bring back the A-line dresses, the V necks, the fitted clothes, the tight jeans and long T-shirts!
