Here’s a slightly heavier (and curvier) Stephanie Pratt (from the Hills), showing off major cleavage while shopping for shoes.
Looks like Spencer’s sisters gained some weight (nothing dramatic, don’t panic, Stephanie) an that weight went to her face, in her cleavage and on her upper abdomen.

Oprah recently opened the old and overly discussed subject again: her weight. Here’s what she had to say:
“I’m embarrassed … I can’t believe that after all these years, all the things I know how to do, I’m still talking about my weight. I look at my thinner self and think, ‘How did I let this happen again?’ ”
For starters, the fact that her thyroid was out-of-balance gave her “a fear of working out,” she says. “I was so frustrated I started eating whatever I wanted – and that’s never good.”
Having slimmed down to 160 in 2006, she admits, “Yes, you’re adding correctly. That means the dreaded 2-0-0…”
Choosing a gown for the Barack Obama inauguration coming up in January, however, made Winfrey realize her self-image was no longer jibed with the person standing on the scales – though the real low point occurred last April.
“I felt like a fat cow,” Winfrey writes of the occasion when she sought to skip out on a Las Vegas show taping with Cher and Tina Turner. “I wanted to disappear.”
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Winfrey’s weight and height rank her as obese, with a body mass index of 31.8 – putting her at “at higher risk for chronic conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes and high cholesterol,” says the CDC.
Winfrey intends to address the issue on The Oprah Winfrey Show, which will kick off “Best Life Week” Jan. 5.

… And she looks like the above… but now she’s trying to shed the same 13 pounds in order to look like her former slim self. Here’s what she had to say on the weight gain / weight loss subject:
On weight gain:
“I’ve actually gained 10 pounds! No, really – for the film, Nine. Actually, 13 to be exact. I ate everything! Fish and chips. Everything fried – things I don’t normally eat. That’s why I am covering up except for my legs because they never gain weight and that’s the only part that never changes but everything else is covered. I like a good pumpkin pie – that’s my favorite – with homemade whipped cream. Whipped cream from scratch. I’ll eat it for breakfast, always.”
On weight loss:
“I have to give it up! So, yeah – I’m in that phase! Back to diet designs – my food delivery service! You can do creative things! You know, turkey isn’t fattening – you can do that. A little bit of gravy – have a nice big salad!”
Nobody panic, Beyonce didn’t suddenly decide to go for bush eyebrows and a too blond / too short do – what we’re seeing is our slightly heavier Beyonce (they say 15 lbs heavier) portraying singer Etta James.
I’m not seeing exactly 15 lbs, but then again, we’ve only got access to Beyonce’s upper half – and we all know that her weight tends to attach to the booty and curvy hips.

Interesting… “rounder” and “size 0″ in the same context.
