Here’s one of the skinny 90210’s stars, Shenae Grimes who was recently advised to add a little more meat to her small figure.
We’ve seen Shenae looking very skinny at recent events (click here to see), yet I’m not spotting the scary skinny, unhealthy figure on this occasion. Tiny, yes. Petite, yes. Small body frame, yes. Thin / skinny, yes, yet not overly so.
And in case you’re wondering about Shenae’s weight, various sources say that she’s around 95 pounds (at 5′2”) - which determines a BMI of 17.4 - underweight, but quite common at age 18.
What do you say?
Her words, not mine. Doesn’t sound unrealistic, considering that she’s got a small body frame (can’t see the “athletically built” figure though). Here is what Sophia had to say to Health Magazine:
I’m not going to dinner with somebody who eats like a bird, nor do I want to eat like a bird. But it’s weird: In our business, I’m a size 2 and considered curvy. It’s important to remind young women, “Listen, even skinny girls have cellulite, even Halle Berry has cellulite, and what you see in photos isn’t totally real.”
Health Magazine: Ever had trouble with your weight?
Sophia: I think we all have. You can look up old episodes of my show and see when I was being far too friendly with the craft-services table. Because I’m 5-foot-4 and athletically built, if I gain 5 pounds it looks like a lot. And when that lovely female time of the month rolls around, I’m like, “Can I have my jeans a size up, please?” But I feel you should treat yourself in moderation.
I don’t know about the curvy part - I wouldn’t exactly place her in the “Skinny VS Curvy Battle” on the curvy side. Let’s hear what you think!

Brand new idea just popped in my head: let’s put curvy Lindsay and skinny Lindsay in a battle! Better yet, let’s put Lindsay’s shapely bikini body against Lindsay’s tiny bikini body.

Need I point out the differences between the two Lindsays? I’ll say the curvy Lindsay has got 20+ lbs more than skinny Lindsay , distributed pretty evenly all around: boobs, hips, thighs, stomach, arms.

Looks like Kelly is doing a really awesome job at keeping the weight off - and when you can pull off an A-line jacket like that (that has the tendency to puff you up), then you know you’re on the right track.
Ok, onto the subject: phosphorescent red wig, red top and sparkly red shoes - someone is into the matchy-matchy trend (Paris Hilton would be proud).
